We are a family owned seafood and chicken restaurant. We have been in business for 6 years but have fish and chicken experience for over 20 years! My wife and I 1st I’m coming here both had philly cheesecakes and and it was quick fresh and hot the mashed potatoes O are out of this world are the fries where not greasy and not too salty. I recommend coming in this place.

I’ve only ate there a few times, it’s good food and self service for the most part of eating in! This is one of a few restaurants that are in town that the girls at the counter could have a little more customer service training as people come in the door (or drive thru). They don’t always greet the customers with a welcome to and how may I help you. They just may or may not say hello but you know what you want to order.. otherwise it’s a good atmosphere for a meal on the go.

The food is wonderful however, they were some of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. They messed up my order the acted annoyed when I took it back. I waited 15 minutes before my husband went to check on it. They had not even started to cook it again. Then they ignored him and wouldn’t give him an answer on when the food would be ready. Once it was ready they just threw it on the counter. I won’t go back until there is new staff. It’s a shame because I really enjoyed the food.

Basic but a great option for the family
That was my original impression of the place and since then they’ve really stepped their game up. I challenge anyone to find better deep fried chicken livers from a drive thru. The seasoning they use is incredible. My only real complain is that the wait times are long, but it is so worth the wait guys!

Hands down some of the best chicken in the country! Their customer service is kinda spotty, but the food is delicious and reasonably priced! I see some people complaining about wait time, this is not KFC, THEY COOK TO ORDER! I enjoy my chicken fresh and this is not FAST FOOD I advise you to simply call ahead if you don’t want to wait. I have had my order mixed up before but I called and the staff told me to bring it back and they fixed it!

My husband ordered the shrimp basket. The portion size was very small. Also, he ordered a side of chicken gizzards which again was a small serving. I ordered jumbo lemon pepper wings and fries. He asked for ketchup, ranch, and tartar sauce for the condiments. The wings didn’t have any lemon pepper on them but they were sprinkled with dry ranch. I am unsure if they misunderstood or just did what they wanted to do. Even the condiments were wrong!
The customer service wasn’t that great. It was very hard to understand the lady who took our order. Then we had to wait for about 15 minutes on the side of the building in a line of cars while one young lady brought out order after order.
So, people are pretty spot on in saying that the customer service needs some work and that more than not something will be wrong with y our order. If they read these reviews and fix these things they could definitely be a 4 or 5 star joint.

I loved this place when it first opened. However, later down the line, it was just not the same. I loved their philly cheese steak combo, always hot, fresh and a lot of meat, but after a while it just got skimpy. There was hardly any meat on it the last few times that I ordered it. I eventually stopped going there.

When we moved here from Michigan 3 years ago, we passed by this establishment. My wife and I tried it and we were pleased. As time has gone by, we have noticed that whomever had been managing it must have moved on. The experience of today (5/30/20) was horrible and I will not be returning. We live 20 minutes away and decided to go there for lunch. After the initial visit and long wait, we got our order and came home to a partial order. I called and the number is a cell phone with no answering machine and no way to leave a message . We go back and ask for my order, then I asked for a fresh order and they tried to re-heat my original food by putting it back Into the oil. Needless to say that it was hard and I returned it. I will not ever return to this restaurant again.

Good food and competitive prices for Good tasting food. Downgraded my stars simply because I spend way too much money at this place to get hassled about getting ranch for my food. Some of the cashiers are rude and don’t take the time to make sure your food is right before you get to the window. May as well go to Big Chic since they don’t hassle you about condiments.
