By far the worse experience I have had at this place. First when I get there, no one is present to greet. I use the restroom and its filty. Maxi pad sitting on top on trash bin in bathroom.
My order was completely wrong. For how much i pay I expect better quality. Not too mention my burger was raw when I bit into it. This is gross and disgusting and liable to get someone sick. This will be my last time eating here. Check your food

The food was good. I been coming here for a while at least 12 times. However today will be my final time dining and supporting this business. As soon as I came in I was not greeted. I said Hi. The young asian woman ignored me. I said Hi, once again she acknowledge me the second time but looked very ignored like she was having a bad day. Normally when I come in and order a meal I get Chi-sauce as a courtesy with my order. I asked her about the sauce she wanted to charge another $1 after I already spent $20 on a meal here. The customer service really went down and this business seems to forget how to treat its customers. The funny thing is she is being paid to come and work not looking down on her phone! If you want poor and rude service with an attitude come here if not save yourself the time and dine elsewhere. There are plenty of great places around the area to dine, eat great food, and receive excellent customer service.

So, I just randomly popped by, cause I really needed to use the washroom – lady at the counter (her name is Sarah) without a pause pointed me to the washrooms without any hesitation. I thought I’d try something, felt bad for using their facilities without being a paying customer.
And this is where this place’s team shined – I was torn between trying their Karak chai or their banana pudding. I paid for chai but they insistently gave me a banana pudding as well (on the house). Talk about hospitality!
I usually don’t leave reviews, but this was the least I could do to highlight exceptional service. If you don’t like hospitality, then avoid this place!! But if you’re like me, you’ll be back for more!
P.S. both chai and pudding was dope! Chai was a bit too sweet, I will ask them if they can do half n’ half to lessen the sweetness next time I visit Naperville.

The food at Chi Tea was amazing! Everything tasted fresh and flavorful, and the quality really stood out. The service was also great— the cashier Yahya was absolutely nice, welcoming, and made the experience even better. My wife and I stopped into Chi Tea together, and while I ended up ordering, she had a frustrating experience trying to get help. She asked the person at the register to explain the difference between two drinks, and he said he didn’t drink them and didn’t really know — and he was also leaning on the counter scrolling on his phone instead of trying to find out or ask someone else. Because of that, she was ready to not order at all, which was disappointing since we were both excited to try the place.
Thankfully, another employee stepped in and completely changed the tone of our visit. He took the time to explain the drinks, made her a sample, and then even gave her a full-size drink for free because of the inconvenience. That was incredibly thoughtful and really showed how much they care about their customers.
Both of our drinks were great, and we really appreciated how the situation was handled in the end. With a little more attentiveness and menu knowledge up front, this place could be even better. We’d definitely come back after that level of care and kindness.

We had an amazing experience at Chi Tea, thanks to Ali! From the moment we walked in, our server Ali, made us feel very welcome and took great care of us. The food was perfectly made, and his attention to detail and friendly attitude really stood out. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. Highly recommend stopping by Chi Tea in Bolingbrook and asking for Ali, he made our visit exceptional!

Well this was probably the worse experience I’ve had from chitea, the double cheeseburger beef were crumbs and the big bird was not even a small bird. Thank you for the refund but this was by far awful food.

We had such a great experience at Chi Tea, and a lot of credit goes to Ali. He helped us a lot and the burgers and drinks were delicious and made with care, and it was clear Ali truly enjoys what he does. His friendly attitude and attention to detail made our visit special. Definitely stop by Chi Tea and ask for Ali and he’ll make sure you have an experience worth remembering!
