So where to start customer service was OK not great but average the food was deep-fried over seasoned chicken & fries . We got one mild and one hot and one light medium the hot was so hot and none of us could eat it and the medium well not overly spicy was just overly seasoned so much salt In my opinion. The kale slaw was actually very good and the mac & cheese taste like every other mac & cheese at a fast food restaurant we went in at 12:30 just to see and we were 35 minute wait for our food. There is lots of seating indoors and they have a huge outdoor seating patio area. There’s also a lot of parking because it is a shopping center so there’s a ton of parking handicap and not it is very handicap accessible and very kid friendly. It is like any other fast food place in my opinion.

I have been impatiently waiting for this location to open as it is finally super close to where I live and I am extremely happy the time has come! Came for the chicken and was blown away as always!!!! Hot tenders weee awesome!!!! Dave’s sauce for the win!!!!! Staff was awesome and everything was perfect! I finally downloaded the app so I can rack those points up as I will be coming back continually!!!!!!

Food wise don’t get the hot sliders or anything hot hot cause it’s just sprinkled on there sadly it was spicy but not a good taste spicy. Just powdery. I asked for a different sandwich and the nice lady gave me a different one. Fries are definitely a plus with the pickles. Strawberry lemonade was too sour but not bad. And finally the milkshake with cereal was okay not worth the price really. Over all service was good but the food on the other hand was okay

Need a hand washing station separate from the bathroom so people don’t have to wait in line with hot digits. Fries though good are too similarly spiced to the chicken so I only ate a couple. I will come back.

I absolutely loved it. It’s a dry rub and there are many different hotness levels. I got hot and it was definitely hot. The dry rub is what allows the chicken to stay so crunchy. The sauces were good as well. Staff is very nice as well. Very good first impression.

Was my first time trying Dave’s Hot Chicken and I’d have to say the food was decent, but the employees not so much. Good, kind customer service goes a long way. You definitely don’t get a warm welcome feeling when you go there.

I brought this location up in Google Maps today looking for somewhere to get lunch and was slightly surprised that the rating was a bit low in comparison to similar tier fast casual food places that get somewhere in the low four stars. I had been there a few times and thought the food was good, and the location is clean and new. I read some reviews that the customer service was unfriendly and was also surprised, since I hadn’t had any issues prior. But today, I went again for lunch and experienced some of this unfriendly service. To start with, you order off of a kiosk rather than at the counter, which makes the experience feel a bit impersonable. However, you still have to receive the food from the counter, and this is where the poor, unfriendly service comes into play. My name was called (by the way, it takes about a solid 10-15 minutes even when the place is basically empty, which is longer than other fast casual food places in my experience), and I went to the counter to pick up the food. I headed back to my table to go check the food before heading out. As I am walking, the employee calls me and says it was for someone else, who had a similar sounding name. So I go back and return the food, and say whoops, my bad. No big deal, right? Apparently for them it was. The employee gave me a nasty glare, like I did something atrocious as I sat at my table waiting for the order. I returned the look at them since I didn’t really do anything wrong, wondering why they seem so mad and if they were going to say something else. However, they could not take the heat and eventually looked away and continued about their business. As for the food, it is pretty good, and I am a big fan of chicken sandwiches, but not top-notch. The food is rather heavy and unbalanced; a lot of friedness and richness and not enough lightness or vegetables. The menu is pretty limited, too. I was on the fringe about this place, but with the unbalanced food and today’s unusual experience, it is moving more towards a no-go in the future.

It’s a little pricy, but I really enjoyed the food. Even though I’m not a fan of crinkle cut fries, the seasoning they put on them made them excellent. Will absolutely visit again when I’m in the area!
