Wish no stars was an options.. went in on a 30 min lunch spent 25 mins waiting on a sub and a half! First walked in an empty store and ordered asking how long and being advised 5/10 mins.. I paid and went into and other store in the plaza returning 10 mins later to not be addressed by any workers, when I asked how long on my order I was asked for a name on the order which one of them the. BEGAN to make.. before fuming I go to the car to wait 5 mins coming back in to now two additional workers and still no food! Then a bag is taken around the counter by a male and handed to another customer who advised it isn’t hers reading the receipt to let me know the order was mines. Now i have an order thrown together and all over the bag to add and no one concerned about the inconvenience or how terrible the food looked!! Wasted my lunch break and my money. NEVER AGAIN!!

Came to this location on Veterans Day to get the BOGO. Ordered 2 turkey footlongs. I asked for wheat bread, I got white. 1 of the 3 pieces had 2 bottom breads on it. And I requested oil/vinegar in a cup, didn’t get that either along with no napkins. The store was empty when we came so it’s not like they were busy. This the worst experience I’ve had. Even though it’s the closest to my home, I will never come back to this location. This what happens when no female’s are in the kitchen. Our meal was ruined.

Update. I contacted headquarters about the issues I had with my footlong on Veterans Day. Long story short, apparently Firehouse Subs don’t care about Veterans. After communicating with them for 2 day’s, they said they can’t help me resolve my issue, I have to call or go back to this location. But you’re headquarters. And as you can see from previous reviews, the manager is not offering anything except “come back to see us”. They are not addressing or solving any issues. We’ll just take our business to Larry’s Sub and Jersey Mike’s where we’re appreciated. And if there’s any problems, they’re solved immediately.

The employees are always friendly at this location. I will say sometimes they’re a little slow, but I’d like to say it’s because they’re making the subs so yummy! Also, they could address the lobby more frequently because it’s often messy but I take my food to go so it really doesn’t effect me.
