Really sad to be writing this right now. I ordered a steak bowl the other day and well… barely received any steak. I understand that this location is right next to a high school and it gets EXTREMELY busy, maybe they were running low, but in what world is like 8 small little pieces of steak acceptable? this was supposed to be my lunch before heading into work and I’ve had absolutely no issues ordering from this location in the past so I know that this portion for the steak is far from the norm. Maybe it was a bad day as it was clearly high school lunch time when I went in to pickup my order but this is crazy and of course the app was no help and offered me nothing! no surprise there right? Corporate greed at its finest. Used the lid of the topping container for the guac just to show the size difference and how little the portion of steak was.

The disrespect my wife and I received tonight was unacceptable! my daughter in law works for Chipotle and she makes my son Quesarito it’s on the secret menu. My wife and I don’t know the menu like that and we never heard of it so we walked up and asked both in a great mood we walked in laughing with our 8 year old. The way they answered back to us was so disrespectful made us repeat our self to tell us they don’t know what it is they said that people come in all the time making things up off of TikTok. I told them sorry our daughter in law works at one of the stores and said mabye she makes it for him but we don’t… so we said okay we’ll get something else . But They kept laughing and looking back at each other. I seen the grill cook who answered for the cashier go to the side and talk to other team worker and then look at us and then they both laughed. after we paid I asked to talk to a manager and the one I’m talking to who was the man that the grill cook stepped to the side to talk to said he was I let him know about the situation and he told me that the grill cook knew what I was talking about and told him he’d make the damn Quesoritta. So if he knew about it why was I even writing the long bad review. I work in customer service I don’t really get upset like I am right now. I understand I don’t like Karen’s myself . But tonight this team was so disrespectful. To make us feel stupid and look stupid to actually know what we were saying all along. This is what my youngest son’s bowl looks like he didn’t want any topping I asked them if they can put more rice or meat I’ll pay for the extra and they couldn’t even do that. This was full price bowls !! This whole experience tonight really we should have went somewhere else never again will we pick chipotle pizza !! Please do better at hiring.

I ordered on door dash from this chipotle and all of the chicken was undercooked and chewy absolutely disgusting I just started eating the rice and beans around it. Went to eat my chips and queso and the chips are like wet and stail at the same time I don’t even know how to explain that. You can see in the picture the chip didn’t even crunch just bent in my mouth

For Chipotle I really don’t expect too much. The service was actually better than normal. Usually just kids messing around and don’t care. But these actually cared and asked questions how I liked it. Worthy enough for a review.

Our experience was horrible. We ordered catering for a build your own experience for a birthday party. It shows up with a completely wrong order, a box of burritos and a box of chips, nothing of which we ordered, 30 minutes before the party is starting. You cannot call and speak to someone at the store. The person who picked up from Chipotle, not the store, said they cannot call the store, we cannot contact the store, and that all they would do is refund the money. Horrible customer service and we will not ever be ordering catering from Chipotle again.

Overall this place is fine. The food is good. But they need to be more organized and efficient. Staff are nice, but not overly friendly or customer service oriented. Store is clean. I came in one day and the person ahead of me was standing, waiting to be served. I don’t know how long he had been waiting, but while I was behind him, it was at least another 10 minutes. There was only one employee making the orders and she was working on on-line or call in orders. Finally another employee came out and started to help us, the person in front of me ordered a quesadilla and then when I left the store, he was still waiting for it. My son went in the other day for a veggie bowl and they were almost completely out of veggies. 1/25/2023: Bad experience. Female worker at 5:50pm with glasses, no name tag appears to take orders personally. Asked for more rice, which I was willing to pay for as I wanted more than 1/4 cup. Previously I witnessed orders ahead of me getting huge scoops of meat. Due to asking for more rice and apparently irritating worker, she purposely put a tablespoon of meat on my bowls I ordered. Very unprofessional. The food is not coming out of her pocket. Consistency is key. The scoops they were handing out could have easily been charged double meat, but ask for a decent amount of rice and you would have thought I had offended the worker. I had 3 stars. After today, one star. And I paid $24 for two meals. Not sure I will return. 4/3/2023: Really bad quality of food today and lately. I understand staff shortages but workers should do their job right. Ordered a chicken bowl, just white rice, black beans, regular chicken, red salsa, corn cheese and guacamole. I don’t what this is. I feel like it might be part of an avocado but I don’t know for sure. I couldn’t identify it. Didn’t smell like avocado. Lately when I order guacamole, I’m finding avocado peels in it. That’s totally uncalled for. I also asked for regular chicken and was given El pastor chicken which also had way too much seasoning. Horrible dinner. Not returning.

This is my not my first experience with this Chipotle and I have been disappointed enough where it’s driven me to leave a negative review which I don’t enjoy doing. One visit was to dine in, we arrived over an hour before close; There were multiple hand written signs saying bathrooms were closed and not to ask for the code, and hand written signs saying there was no queso or guacamole available, yet there was an employee mixing up a whole new batch of rice. We go to cash out, there was a Chipotle employee putting on her earrings in front of the register chatting with the employee closing us out. My credit union debit card (it doesn’t have TAP access) is not registering when it’s inserted, after a few attempts she finally takes her attention from the girl putting her earrings on and says only the tap works right now on the machine and provided no alternatives in entering in my payment information.
Today I got an order for pick up. The guacamole is only smashed avocados with a couple onions, it’s dark and clearly not kept fresh, the chips are soft and stale. I hope the franchise owner (or who this concerns) is aware of this off putting service and disappointing food quality.
