Love this Dairy Queen. The manager there is awesome. He is always there when I go in and he is very friendly and makes sure your order is right. The staff is very nice. The food was hot and fast! The place was clean, the bathrooms were clean, good place to eat!

This is my 3rd time ordering there and my 3rd time more than one thing was wrong or messed up. This time 2 items were wrong and one that they fixed was wrong again and was giving melted and dripping causing to drip on my hands and clothes. Extremely disappointing. You wouldn’t want someone to give you your ice cream and food the way they gave it. Very sad. I spend too much money at 1 time to have the same thing happen every time. Won’t be back anymore unfortunately especially since I love Dairy Queen.

My wife and I come here occasionally and the service, speed, and quality is always superb. Customer service is always so sweet and polite. Food came out fast and blizzards came after the food. Everything is just like when I was a kid. I love this establishment. Don’t forget to turn your blizzards upside down for dramatic effect!!!

I am rating this grill 2 because in a world of awareness about the germs and poisons in just about everything, I stopped here and ordered a large 1/2 and 1/2 tea for my drive. When I opened the lid on the cup, after drinking over have of the tea I found floating debris. Which being a server in all areas of food and beverage, I know the containers where not cleaned. Which therefore spreads mold and sickness.

Doing a DoorDash order while the cashier was very nice. The manager was very rude. I had to change my daughter‘s diaper. The bathrooms are disgusting. They don’t clean the bathrooms. Do not change your baby in those bathrooms.

It’s not often that I write reviews, but I just had to share the amazing service I received for my daughter’s birthday.
I waited until the last minute to get her a cake, thinking I could just run in and have them write on it—like Walmart does. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. When I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and immediately showed me where the cake freezer was. They explained that I could purchase a ready-made cake, but custom orders require 48 hours since their cake decorator only works certain days.
Not expecting much, I headed to the freezer on my own, figuring I’d just take one home and attempt to write her name on it myself. But then, the manager, Miss Sharon, the store manager, came over and asked what I needed. When I explained the situation, she kindly offered to try writing on it for me—even though she said she wasn’t great at it. I told her that anything she did would be perfect, because my daughter would be thrilled just to have her Dairy Queen ice cream cake.
Even though it was lunchtime and they were a bit busy, Miss Sharon grabbed the cake, wrote my daughter’s name beautifully, and truly exceeded my expectations. It looked amazing!
I’m so grateful she went out of her way to help, especially knowing they typically don’t offer that service.
10/10—highly recommend this location.

Food was ok. Blizzard was good. Had the chocolate cookie dough. Plenty of places to sit. Bathrooms clean. Staff was friendly. Easy to spot from road. Somewhat hard to get in & out if not familiar with area.

Stand there waiting for over 10 minutes for my order. Finally go desk as im pulling it up in the app only to see it was canceled in the app.

food is fine. that’s definitely not my issue. we have tried to give this dq a chance. rude staff. when you pull up “dairy queen can you hold” in a tone so awful. just handing things to you out the window in a “here take it already” attitude. they never say anything at the window. slamming the window. they were aggravated that we wanted more sauce. we don’t mind to pay for it. anyways everyone could be a little nicer. that’s all.
