“I don’t know who decided to put fried chicken in the name of this establishment, because for me, the chicken is just a crunchy edible spoon for the Coleslaw.
Look, the Colonel’s 11 herbs and spices are fine and dandy, but that neon-green cup of magic is the real MVP. It’s the only vegetable I’ve ever loved, mostly because it’s 40% sugar and 60% ‘none of my business.’ Every time I peel back that plastic lid, it’s like a tiny party for my tastebuds where the dress code is strictly ‘creamy and cold.’
I’m pretty sure if I were stranded on a desert island and could only bring one thing, I’d bring a bucket of this slaw—and I wouldn’t even share it with the volleyball. I’ve started asking for extra forks just so the employees think I’m sharing it with friends, but we all know the truth: it’s just me and my delicious cabbage-filled destiny.

I just went there this evening for my dinner. I was the only customer at the time I walked in, more people arrived as I waited almost 45 minutes for my order. The staff was rude, and very unfriendly. 5 minutes before my order was ready I was told that there wasn’t any chicken breast, and would receive a thigh instead, which was fine. After receiving my meal I realized that I didn’t have the mashed potatoes that I requested or the biscuit and extra gravy, the lady proceeds to tell me that a biscuit doesn’t come with my meal, and that I didn’t order extra gravy, I show her my receipt that clearly states extra (she took my order) she snatches the receipt and heads to back yelling “can somebody please give me an extra gravy for this man!” I politely took my food and went home, I wasn’t about to ask about the biscuit or the drink. Bad bad customer service!!!

Second time I have stopped and been told 20 minute wait to get chicken. Reporting to corporate as no point in existing if you can’t order chicken.
Edit – improved last couple times. Have had 2 orders though where they substituted other variety than ordered.

Went in to place a order today and after waiting about 10 minutes the manager asked me what I ordered. After me telling him I ordered a 3 PC all white big box he informed me it would be about 20 are 25 minutes. I asked him why I wasn’t told when I placed the order he said the person probably didn’t know. Now that is some good manager material there. No communication.
I asked for two large unsweetened teas with lots of ice. They gave me two hot teas with no ice. This business is a poor excuse for customer service.

Got to this location at 18:00 took 15min to get to the order speaker. Then another 10 waiting to be asked what was wanted. Rude workers, no hospitality, no welcome, nothing.
Highly recommend going anywhere but that location, unless you fancy sitting in line.

I just wanted ti take this time to write a review about my experience at kfc last night. I went to kfc on heckle blvd last night and i was having a bad day until i went to get my drink and i spilled it the young men Chandler immediately got me plenty of napkins and made me abother one he was very polite and made me feel welcomed, he even walked my fiod out to me after a long day.

KFC just brought back the double down which is a sandwich that both I and my husband love. We ordered it and got something else. Went to the front to speak to someone about my order and a member of management (or at least she acted like it) started reprimanding me for ordering the wrong thing and the cashier had rung up what I ordered. I showed her my receipt to prove that I had indeed ordered the right thing (because she had even told me that they did not have the spicy mayo), and she told me that I was getting bent out of shape. I never once raised my voice to her as she was speaking loudly at me and telling me that it was no big deal and that it was still the cashier’s fault. I told her that I knew what I was supposed to get since I could not have lots of bread, this is a good fast food choice. Anyways, it reminded me all too well why I do not come to this particular location, and will seriously consider my options in the future.

This location has the best team members!!! The drive-through staff is always so friendly and doesn’t seem impatient when making your order. The food is hot and fresh. I’ve never picked up stale or overcooked food. This trip, we had the new dunk it bucket, and it was delicious.
