Founder, Danielle Leonhardt, opened the first Juice Pod in the summer of 2016 in Avalon, NJ. She set out with one mission; to handcraft raw juices, superfood smoothies and the highest quality, locally sourced and organic food options to give optimal nutrition. With a successful launch, she decided to open a pod in Sea Isle City, NJ in the summer of 2018. To help expand the business, Danielle’s sister, Christine Wyatt, partnered with her in 2019 to open locations in PA: Bryn Mawr and Springfield. Placed an online order at 12:15, and didn’t receive it until 1:40 after arriving at 1 to pick it up. I told the staff I was there to pick up and they told me it would take another 20 mins. For the next 40 mins I waited as I saw other people who ordered after me get their food first. I kept reminding them about my order and they kept saying it was nearly done but I’m convinced they didn’t start making any of it until 20 mins after I arrived to pick it up. Terrible, will not go back again.
