I ordered a medium done NY Strip Steak mashed potatoes and broccoli. For a Monday night the food was exceptional. I also ordered a Peach tea. I sat at the bar area by the time I sat down there were about 5 patrons at the bar and another table of three. There were a few more tables scattered throughout the restaurant. The only minus was the service which wasn’t bad but….wasn’t anything above a greeting and they brought the food. They could have sold me on all kinds of items but the service seemed not intent on selling. The food was delicious so I will definitely try this place again.

I love coming to this location!!! The staff, food, and drinks are always great. On this visit my waitress, Ajanae, was so amazing!!! She made sure everything was to my liking and checked on me in a timely fashion. Every dish that we’ve tried was awesome. One time I took advantage of a deal that was going on (2 full course meals for $24) I ate one there and saved the other one for work the next day. It tasted as if it came right from the kitchen. Great service and very accommodating with children.
Edit: The new manager is great!!! Today (2/18) was his first day. We had a small issue, but he handled it as if it were a very big one. A real leader. His effort was very much appreciated.

The food took over 20 minutes to come out. Had to ask the waiter if he could check on the food. Instead of the waiter promptly informing us an update on our food. My chicken was not cooked all the way, breast and thigh was bleeding raw in the middle. They made it up by making another chicken for me, to go. The following day I heat it up in the air fryer because I want that crispy skin. I cut into it and guess what, the chicken is not cooked all the way again! The picture I’m attaching is the 2nd chicken, cut at home. You can clearly see its rawness.

To LOGANS: If you truly cared about your customers dining experience, you should already take it upon yourself to correct and improve this issue. I do not think I should be expect to call and explain my grievances again.

The only reason I’m giving a 3 is because the food was delicious; always has been. The service sucked! We have always had good service in the past and was quite shocked that it was so bad tonight. We didn’t get silverware, we only got one little basket of bread, and the waitress never stopped by to check on us. No drink refills either. She wasn’t rude; just not cut out for the job. I’ve had better service from a sonic carhop! The steak person gets 5 stars because it was awesome! Oh, and the place wasn’t even busy; a slow Tuesday night. I hope the service improves!

The servers are friendly and the food is good, but the wait staff is too small for the amount of business they get. We see empty, clean tables when we walk in, but we’re told there is a 30-45 minute wait. There are empty tables throughout the evening, but our waiter is so busy it takes forever to get drinks, appetizers, and our meal. There was NO toilet tissue at all in the ladies room and one toilet was plugged. This restaurant seems to have gone downhill. It used to be better.

The food was good. The service was less than 3 stars. We ordered a burger. Steak. Ribs. All of it was prepared great. Tasted great. We went at roughly 4:30 in the afternoon. It took over 20 minutes before someone came to our table and we had to ask multiple times. We had to ask for silverware. We had to ask and go get our own kids menu. We had to get our own high chair. Maybe we went on a bad day, but I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. 3 stars because the food was good. But 1 star for overall bad service.

Horrible sirloin steak. I have a taste for good fine steak. I know the taste of one when I eat one. (3 Forks, Perry’s, Ruth Chris, etc) On another scale, I love Texas Roadhouse, Outback, and a few others, but never have I ate here at Logan’s until today. I’m so disappointed that I asked for a medium well steak and got one that was dried up and well done. I started not to send it back but they insisted that they would redo a medium well steak. The steak came and it was a little bigger and juicy, just like I like it. It tasted horrible. …. like it had been dipped in the toilet and then cooked. I had to spit it out as well as another person dining with my group; after I let they tasted. The waiter was very nice, I must say. But it makes me wonder did he put the orders in incorrectly. He was in a real hurry as I understand it being a holiday. Needless to say, a manager finally came out to me and was sincerely apologetic. I do appreciate that but my experience with the steak ruined me. I will not be going back.
