Absolutely love Hawaiian Bros! I typically only go through the drive thru at this location but I recently went inside and ate and had a really great experience. It was my Mamas first time and the young woman that took our order explained the menu very well and brought our meal to us. Food is always a 10/10 and it didn’t disappoint! The Molokai is definitely my go to every time!

Claudia did a great job at making sure what we needed she keeps the positive vibes going and I’m glad she was able to speak Spanish and English as well. Very good employee and she was taking care of people that where new here as well while making sure if we needed anything.

Fantastic food and great experience! We visited twice thanks to a mail coupon and were so impressed. The Huli Huli Chicken and Roast Pork were authentic and delicious. The service was friendly and prompt, and the Dole Soft Serve is the perfect finish. Even on a weekend afternoon (Saturday/Sunday), the restaurant wasn’t too crowded. Highly recommend!

I’ve visited several Hawaiian Bros locations over the years, but this past Saturday Feb 21st I experienced one with a dedicated team member focused solely on the dining room — and it made such a difference!
I was there for lunch and she was absolutely awesome — attentive, friendly, and genuinely helpful to customers. I felt welcomed and well cared for, which elevated the entire experience. It was also the first time I’ve seen one of their locations with a steady number of customers actually dining in, and I can’t help but think that level of service played a big role.
Having someone who is present, attentive, and truly serving the customers adds tremendous value. I hope other locations recognize how impactful that can be. Great job to this team member for going above and beyond!

Sweet Blessings of Chaos
Visiting Dallas, TX and our rule is to eat at places we don’t have back home. Came across Hawaiian Bros in Rowlett and it did not disappoint. The customer service alone made the experience enjoyable. Ms. Claudia could not have been more precious, welcoming, and extremely polite. The food…5 stars all the way. The atmosphere made me ready to pack my bags and head to the beach. Definitely worth the visit.
