What can I say , I’m hooked on Dunkin.
The customer service I’ve noticed at every location, and I can go to three in my area, is sometimes good and sometimes not so good.
Today, the young employee was quite impressive! He definitely earned a gold star. He must have just started, as he didn’t have a name tag on. So I can’t give him is props. #Employee #GoldStar #Beginner

I’ll never forget it Christmas of 20 at about 5:00 p.m. I walk in that door was unlocked during regular hours and as I walk in I noticed the manager who is just not a very nice person in general unfortunately literally start screaming at me to get the half out of that they’re having a private Christmas party for the employees! I vowed to never go back again Nails being not only the holiday Christmas season do you think the DD store manager would have better delivery and better customer service skills this was like a week and a half before Christmas and I get it she was stressed out but she embarrassed me in front of a dozen people and should have locked the door or put signs up we’re closed for employee Christmas party so for her to do that screaming at me, a regular customer in front of her co-workers not only I never going back there until yesterday it literally made me realize going to dunkin’s Everyday to be treated like that so I don’t really go to any so they’ve lost quite a bit of money and I’m saving money my point being is treat people how you want to be treated especially when you are the manager I can’t imagine she’s still there people like that don’t last long in management in a leadership role, and it’s about principle and I guarantee she never thought twice about it the ripple effect and what it cost other franchises especially the two primary ones I went to daily sometimes twice now I go once every couple months if that. I hope she realized probably the hard way that being that type of person doesn’t get you very far and definitely catches up to after a while of being that awful to consistent daily customer 5 years later I still don’t forget it

I am giving this dunkin 5 stars because they actually care about quality service. I used the drive thru yesterday while it was empty, and the employee asked if we wanted to try our drink before we left to make sure it was good. I have never experienced that before at any dunkin. And honestly, I think that was really awesome. It tasted great on the first round btw. I’ll be back here.

The manager at this location is very unprofessional. The place was busy on Saturday morning. A new employee was running the register and doing his job in a busy environment and she is berating him in front of all us customers. Instead of “training” and being a leader she was so nasty and condescending to him. Everyone waiting felt very uncomfortable and it was very sad and painful to watch a young kid, new on the job….get treated this way! I told her how I Felt and she says ….yeah well my name is _____ spelled ____ so go ahead and make a complaint. I didn’t actually catch her name as I was so taken aback by her unprofessionalism (and honestly couldn’t understand her) She needs to either step up and be a better mentor/leader to these kids or go find a another job (without human interaction) that better suits her nasty behavior!

Last visit went straight down the drain. It’s been a while so I decided to give them another try. BAD IDEA!! This time I ordered the frozen Carmel coffee, I received this…a LOT of air, cool whip. Also thought it would be a good idea try the loaded hash. Besides the small quantity, they tasted like last week’s left overs. So long DD definitely will NOT be getting my business again.

We walked in this morning, not one worker greeted us nor said I’ll be right with you! Stood at register for 5 plus minutes and got looked at several times. Such poor customer service and no communication skills whatsoever.

The owner of Dunkin Donuts at 14071 N Cleveland Ave let his buddy abandon his dog at his location by tying him up at a picnic table. When I called to ask why they haven’t called the Humane Society the manager (Rebecca maybe) said she was told only to let the dog off the leash at 4pm (next to a HIGHWAY). I called the non emergency number, humane society and emailed Dunkin corporate. This is DISGUSTING and everyone should call or leave a review letting the owner how they feel about this…

The customer service here is terrible. The woman who appears to be the manager is extremely rude and constantly talks down to her employees in front of customers. It’s uncomfortable and unprofessional to watch. I won’t be coming back to this Dunkin again.
