Where’s my teriyaki chicken??? What makes it worse is I mix the teriyaki chicken and the sauce with the white rice. So the white rice was essentially just plain white rice. I guess I’ll have to start opening each packaged meal now to ensure I get the correct order. Sad.

I just swung by the Panda Express in Oregon City to grab dinner for my amazing wife, because when your wife loves Panda Express, you make it happen. She’s especially crazy about their Orange Chicken, so I knew exactly what to order.
The team here was on point, fast, friendly, and everything was fresh. Even though I was getting it to-go, the food was hot, the portions were generous, and the smell in the car was almost too much to handle on the drive home (I may have stolen a bite… purely for quality control).
When I got home, my wife’s face lit up like it was Christmas morning. That perfect mix of crispy chicken with that sweet and tangy orange glaze never disappoints. I swear, Panda Express in Oregon City could make anyone’s day better, but tonight, they made my wife’s—and that’s worth every penny.
Five stars for great service, great food, and helping me keep my “Best Husband Ever” title.

I came here about 8 pm. The rice was old and dry and the beef and broccoli was very soggy. The orange chicken was ok. I love panda express, but this was the worst experience I ever had. I don’t think I’d go to this location anymore.

Just thought I’d share of an employee who really blew me away! I was on my way home and just looking for a quick bite to eat so I stoped here at the Oregon City Panda. When I walked in on my way to the counter out of the corner of my eye I noticed a (homeless) man tucked away in the corner but he wasn’t sat on a table, instead curled up on the floor a sleep I assume just tired and trying to warm up and sleep as it was rainy and very cold out. When I approached the counter I over heard the customer ahead of me talking to a young man that worked there informing him of the man asleep in the corner. I than observed as the young employee walked to the back of the store only to see a young lady follow him back towards the front, only the young man returned to work and the young lady turned toward the direction of the homeless man. At this point I almost felt sorry for the man as I understood that he was just trying to escape the cold, I assumed this young lady was just going to kick the man out but to my very surprise in a calm voice i listened as she kindly approached the man woke him and explained in a very gentle manner that she couldnt allow him the stay there and sleep on the floor, the man than asked her “why?” And she respectfully replied that is was a safety issue and that the floors just werent sanitary, she than went on and apologized to the man for having to send him on his way but not before purchasing him a hot meal and large drink. But her kindness didnt stop there another customer who was also observing this interaction offered the young lady money for the man for a bus ticket but the lady declined her money and instead pulled a few bills out of her own pocket and handed it to the man!
I didnt get a chance to stop her and thank her for her kindness and generosity toward this man but I was abled to catch a glimpse of her name tag as she walked back pass me. I dont know if she will ever see this review but if you do “ Chelsea “ you were definately noticed today! You went above and beyond and I hope your bosses notice you too!

Imagine your kid wants crab rangoons and the delivery is a bunch of fried stuff. I have pictures.

I’ve been in several times in person and I’ve ordered delivery through third parties such as Uber Eats. I normally don’t have an issue with the food here, but tonight, I ordered a family meal of orange chicken, rice, and chow mein, with some super greens in the mix, delivery style. For some reason unknown to me, there was something incredibly spicy in the super greens. It caught both me and my toddler by surprise. I’m a little concerned about food safety and cross contamination. This is one of my safe foods as someone with autism related eating difficulties. Again, typically the food is decent! Just, tonight, it’s like someone tossed a few extra chilis or something into the super greens than necessary for the recipe. I tried to call not once but twice to request they at least check for potential of cross contamination between their hot holding area, and got not even a voicemail option. The automated system simply said to use their rewards app to earn rewards, and then rang a few times before saying, “Sorry, there’s no one available to answer your call. Goodbye!” The call ended immediately, not by me pressing end call. It would be nice to at least be able to get on the phone with someone and ask about what’s up with the food. I’m unsure of how people with food allergies would be able to get in contact with them after an exposure if their food got mixed up because of this. Hopefully things get figured out.
Edited to add that I found a piece of very odd colored wilting kale in the super greens as I got further down into the container. I also bit into a nasty tasting piece of broccoli, and I LOVE broccoli. Looks like there’s bits of expired kale in here at the bottom too. Added photos for reference, including a “healthy” piece of kale next to the questionable one.
Editing AGAIN to add that I bit into the orange chicken, which I ordered regular and not spicy, and it’s spicy as all get out! The chow mein noodles are also under cooked. This is so not okay.

We frequent this location quite often. But the last time we were there, the manager was very rude to my wife for a simple request. The rest of the team members were great as always. But management should lead by example. I was really disappointed that this person was rude to my beautifu,l outgoing, and friendly wife. It was surreal.

Basically, you can trust the bad reviews on here. Once in a while, a customer might get a good experience, but it’s low morale here in addition to pitiful portion sizes, unless it is Super Greens, and a long long wait if you walk in because online orders are pouring in non stop. If you order online, you WILL get very little food because they dont have the customer standing there watching and people aren’t usually able or willing to come back to fix the meal if something is wrong. Do the owners care about this? I wonder? Do they realize?

For the first time in my life, I got the most debilitating food poisoning I never could have imagined possible.
It was the equivalent of the scary movie scene where they recreated the exorcist.
I’ve been sick in my life, but this was soul altering. Ended up in the hospital where my body sucked down two IV bags in less than 30 minutes and bruised ribs from heaving so hard for 12 straight hours. Pretty sure it was the teriyaki chicken.
Good luck out there.

Great fresh food. Good service but they do rush you. Always clean. Great price. Large servings. The location is good. Right off 213. The parking lot on the other hand is extremely ridiculous. Great place would definitely go back and recommend.
