This was one of the best experiences I have had thus far at a Wingstop location! I first started going to Wingstop back in the year 1998. Not only were our wings made hot, but they were really good! Jayden took my order and he was very polite and patient, as I asked him a lot of different questions.
Jayden didn’t get frustrated when I kept going to him for to go boxes. And when we were leaving my SIL and had forgotten her purse sling and Jayden was so honest and stepped out and gave it to her! I really thought that was nice of him! It really showed me, that Jayden has a good sense of integrity! Thank you Jayden!

My recent order included wings with feathers. When I called to report this, I was told that no manager was available to handle my complaint. I had to return to the restaurant late at night to receive a replacement order and refund. While the cashier, Sarah, was polite and helpful, we were disappointed that management wasn’t available to address our complaint directly. Improved complaint handling procedures would be appreciated.

I had a hard fall today walking into the restroom, where there was NO “WET” sign in sight, I complained & the girl only said “oh im sorry” & proceeds to put the sign in the RESTROOM When i got out & complained! Definitely calling the manager to make that report, because he wasnt there when it happened.

This is a place completely dedicated to wings, whether you like them with or without bones, and the variety of sauces is impressive. The menu is simple but very specialized, making it a great spot if you are a true wing lover. On top of that, prices are very affordable compared to many other restaurants, so you can enjoy plenty of food without spending too much. The Wingstop on Broad in Mansfield, TX is a FRAUD.
This store/location is a fraud that takes people’s orders amd money amd then locks them out of the building on New Years Eve. There was a line of people that had placed orders or picking up Door Dashes that were turned away. There were visible orders sitting at the counter as well. No communication just the workers inside ignoring and/or laughing at the paying customer outside that had been ripped off.
They took our money and someone finally came to the windows and said we have to come back tomorrow to get our refund.
They said they closed at 10 pm, but I was able to place my order at 10:12 (sitting at this location) and saw people inside clearly past 10 eating. or in & out picking up orders well past 10:30 (my order was to be ready in 28 – 33 minutes per the website/app). Lastly, the website and Google search said open until Midnight.
DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS!!

The 5 stars is just for the food alone. We have never had any issues with our order, the wings were cooked perfectly, and their voodoo fries are excellent. Having lived in several states and cities, we’ve tried several Wingstop establishments and had issues. This one has never disappointed us.
The service is okay. Really nothing to write home about but we usually order online and pick up so I’m not expecting much.
When we do have to wait inside for our order, we have noticed the place can get crowded. It’s usually cold inside, and the tables aren’t super clean. For those reasons, I wouldn’t eat in.

She lives in Lubbock Texas nowadays. Look it up on YouTube on YouTube TV just request the movie Office Space it’s just like in the movie Office Space getting stuck in the one hour Dallas traffic wait during the Dallas Cowboys football game at the Super Bowl on the 635 however, the Super Bowl had a crazy total loss in New Orleans stadium. I have a Best Friend, named Meredith Reed that live in New Orleans and I think Taylor Swift should performing next year Super Bowl in the Dallas Cowboys stadium. If the Cowboys win their next Super Bowl next year in 2026. Yes I had to wait for like an hour to get my wings at Wingstop and the Dallas traffic on the 635 like I said I’m aware of the just just like in the movie Office Space the thing is that Dallas is a big city
