First time eating here. It has a cool bar / after work eatery vibe. This was early Saturday afternoon and the place wasn’t really packed. Maybe 5 tables had patrons no more than 2-4 per.
We were greeted by Adam and told to sit where we’d like. I want to point out that Adam is pleasant and shows commitment to customer service. However I can’t say that we had the best experience.
We were seated 10-15 minutes before our order was taken. We placed the food and drink order together as we had plenty of time to decide. We waited forty minutes to get 5 tacos. The small basket of fries came around twenty minutes before the tacos. They were clearly understaffed for the day.
Back to Adam. Good guy but he was clearly under the weather. Sniffling repeatedly while attempting to attend to customers. He should have been relegated to custodial duties and limited customer interaction. At a minimum wear a mask as he was talking directly to customers and delivering food to the tables.
The tacos were good. We tried the Korean beef bbq, chicken Al pastor, Baja fish, Surf and Turf and the Falafel. Not great but tasty. Fries were good as well. I think the chicken Al pastor was the best.
Not ruling them out but uncertain about a return.

I like the location, there’s plenty of parking and it’s near 2 main roads (Herricks rd and Jericho tpke). I also like the chill vibe and the cool atmosphere. The tacos I ordered were delicious. I had the beef birria, the shrimp, and the chicken al pastor, all delicious but I especially loved the shrimp. We also had the chips trio with 3 dips: guacamole, r d salsa and salsa verde. All dips were fresh and delicious. They have taco Tuesday where you get any 3 tacos for $14 and happy hour Tuesday thru Friday from 3-6 pm. Our server, Syed, was super nice and friendly

World Taco Factory absolutely deserves five stars. Their menu has an incredible array of choices. whether you’re vegetarian or love seafood or classic meat tacos, there’s something for everyone. I had the falafel taco, shrimp taco, and buffalo chicken taco, and each one was outstanding. The falafel was perfectly crisp and flavorful, the shrimp was fresh and seasoned beautifully, and the buffalo chicken had just the right balance of heat and tang. Everything tasted fresh, creative, and thoughtfully prepared.
The environment was very chill and welcoming, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy your food without feeling rushed. You can tell they put real care into both the flavors and the overall experience. I’ll definitely be coming back to try even more. Syed was a great joy to have as a guest we can’t wait to come back

World Famous Tacos is seriously so good. The chicken and shrimp tacos were amazing, full of flavor, perfectly cooked, and just hit the spot. Every bite was better than the last.
The passion fruit margarita was a standout too. Super refreshing, not too sweet, and honestly one of the best margaritas I’ve had in a while.
What really made the experience though was the customer service. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, it just felt easy and comfortable being there. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers, and that goes a long way.

First time visiting and would love to come back again soon! Very trendy spot, tacos, bowls and burritos as options if you have a preference for how you want it, and super delicious! I got the Beef Birria and Chicken Al Pastor and would definitely reccomend them! Lovely staff too checked on us to make sure we were taken care of!!

We fell upon this taco place as we were in the area running errands and it was great food! We had the chicken Al pastor and steak bowls + guacamole and chips + sangria. It was ALL delicious and perfectly sized! The sangria was rich and bold and my husband had the WTF sangrita which is sangria w patron tequila and he loved it. To end the meal we shared the dulce de leche churros as they taste like hot freshly baked glazed donuts! Wow! Amazing! The prices were just right! The service was excellent and the music wasn’t too loud. The only thing I’d suggest is a separate extension for electric doors to open without the freezing cold coming into the dining area during winter months. They have outdoor seating and we look forward to coming back when it’s warmer to try their tacos! I’d rec 5 out 5 stars!
