One star to many ! Ordered a pizza well done it pretty much came as soup ! They said well we can try to make it well done so they sent a second one out so sad its worse then the first this is the last time I spend my money here. I tried to order online and on the mobile app and both options kept telling me there were technical issues and to try again later. So I called to place my order and I wanted to use the same deal I got online, but they didn’t have a coupon code and it was online only. I was initially disappointed, but remembered that it’s not the store’s fault those channels weren’t working. Then the lovely person I spoke to found me a different deal that saved me even more money and was super friendly and helpful! The food was delivered well within the range they gave me, and was hot and tasty! It was a pleasant experience!

I decided to give Domino’s a try after having bad experiences with other pizza places in the area. The employee at the front counter was very helpful, taking the time to explain the in-store and app deals. After placing my order, I sat at one of the many clean tables in the restaurant. The place was well-organized and tidy. My order was ready in about 15 minutes, and I was able to check it at the counter—everything was exactly as I had ordered and piping hot. I’ll definitely be back.

When me and a friend went to pick up pizza the employee was being rude about the type of payment to pay him and it couldn’t be under $50. So and then when we came back the guy was being rude again saying it’s about time you showed up. So ima give this place a 2 star.

Bought pizza for my veteran husband and we ask everytime for it to be well done, well done pizza should never flop and hang down like it is when you pick up a slice. Kinda disappointing… all the stuff that’s on the pizza makes it heavy as it is so well done makes it so you can pick it up but I guess maybe its to hard to stick it back in for just a little longer.

I came into Domino’s on and after waiting for five minutes at the window with people just looking at me there to ask me my name for my pick up order someone named Amy finally came and asked me my name once I told them my name they came back and pronounced my last name incorrectly. I told them yes that’s me and how to pronounce my name correctly and they said well close enough absolutely horrible customer service once I asked for the manager they told me I am the manager and I asked for corporate’s number and the person just told me call 1-800 domino’s didn’t apologize or anything if this is your manager they need to be re trained and learn how to be respectful

The website kept coming back as a technical error every time I tried to order online. After 3 failed attempts I called the store. Took only about 10 minutes for someone to answer. They saw my 3 orders which all had charges applied but no items were showing, just the money charged. The gentleman on the phone asked if I could hold while he sorts through 2 orders. That hold was exactly 46 minutes. I already got pizza ordered and delivery from Marcos during that wait time. I just wanted to ensure I got those charges removed which is I waited on the phone. Unreal. Never doing dominos. I didn’t mind the technical issues but waiting that long for an update is too much. Could’ve answered in between with some information
