I frequent this Scooters multiple times a week and enjoy the coffee & red bull drink options. However, this morning I got to work after ordering a coffee & egg bites and I took a drink of my coffee and it was straight powdered sweetener maybe? Powdered something and was awful. I mixed it up & it was still not very tasty. I attempted to call the shop twice and was unable to reach an employee.

Love this place, ice cream based blended drink are great. Carmelicious is my fav. Turtle blender is very good. Lots of unique flavors & seasonal flavors.

Unprofessional behavior from the start..I was ordering at the menu I was saying thank you & she was never once said you’re welcome also Absolutely rude abt a messed up drink. I didn’t want the drink so she threw the refund in my hand.

As much as I spend here id like if my drinks were made the same every time. I order the same drink and its always different last 3 times my “blender” is mostly ice chunks. A few sips and its pretty much done. I have to wait for the ice to melt but whined up throwing it out because it taste weird. You can’t tell the employees anything because they just stand there with nothing to say smh I go here because its close to my job! I will take my money to 7brew! Drinks are larger, cheaper and always on point! Plus I get rewards! A bit further but I’ll get what im paying for.
