First time ordering here and I had a very simple order. I asked for a cinnamon crunch bagel with cream cheese and grape jelly totaling $6.10 I got the bagel and jelly but no cream cheese ): it also took them a bit of time to get my single bagel vs a person behind me who ordered multiple bagel with more add-ins. I also didn’t like the fact that a customer who had children allowed the kids to touch all over the muffins and even squished one and pounded their fist on others. They should definitely move them behind the glass. I probably won’t be coming back unfortunately.

Update as of 12/30/2025: Owner responds accusing me of shaking up this to-go order to make it look this way. I have no desire to post false information on the internet. You can clearly see where the bagel was cut very unevenly and as I stated before, it would have taken very little time to re-cut a bagel and serve it properly. In response to the OWNER of this establishment accusing me of posting for attention b/c I didn’t respond to the very vague response offering to make me a new bagel, I don’t want a new bagel. You’ve shown how you run your establishment and respond to negative reviews and it’s safe to say I’m good on you and your business. Have the day you deserve.

Freshest cream cheese I’ve ever had!!! Bagel was also so fresh! They also have lunch sandwiches on their menu, which is hard for me to find in a bagel shop. Customer service was great! I asked for a recommendation and the bacon scallion cream cheese on a rosemary and olive oil bagel did NOT disappoint! Loaded up on the cream cheese, there is no flavor overpowered. I’m so glad to have a breakfast like this to start my day. There’s also bakery items that looked so delicious

Delicious. Absolutely delicious. Their cream cheese spreads are great, their bagels are an almost perfect combination of chewy and crunchy. My go to- order is an egg everything bagel with onions tomato and scallion cream cheese. Service is friendly and fast!

$25 for 3 bagels …I’d expect more than one piece of Taylor Ham on the bagel sandwich. Taylor ham wasn’t cooked at all, and the cheese isn’t melted. Just happy I didn’t open the bagel inside cause I would have laughed. What a slap in the face rip off.

I’ve been going here for years! I always knew Sherri would make my food exactly how it should be made! But I go in recently and she wasn’t there. With that being said the quality of my sandwich was not what was to be expected! One piece of pork roll when there used to be at least 2 pieces on that. I’m not sure if they are training there new staff properly or what. But they should bring Sherry back!!! Because I will never come here again. I’d rather drive eight hours for my pork roll egg and cheese than get such a shitty sandwich from here. BRING SHERRI BACK!!

I’m from NJ and these are by far the closest to home bagels I have found n the Triad area. Its a bit chaotic in there at times but truly my only complaint is I often get a plain or sesame bagel, yet it will taste like an EVERYTHING bagel which i hate. Not sure if they don’t clean the knives between bagel slicing or cream cheese, or the proximity in the case is too close to avoid the taste contamination, but it makes it a bit disappointing.

High Point Bagels is absolutely my favorite spot to eat at any time of the day! Me and my husband stopped in with our newborn on his very first outing today (it’s that good!!) and they showed us so much hospitality. 100/10 highly recommended coming here!!

We ordered High Point Bagels off of Doordash for our late, hangover breakfast. We were expecting a solid bagel, but wound up with way more! I took a chance on the Cajun turkey and I have zero regrets! The turkey was flavorful and fresh with a spicy sauce. It was insanely good and I am already planning on when I will get it again. My roommate got the onion bagel with lox spread and said their life has been changed. They said it was perfection. We also got two more bagels that were more tried and true (bacon and cheese on an asiago bagel / bacon, egg, and cheese on a cheddar jalapeño bagel). Both were so good, with more than generous amounts of bacon and bagels that were so packed with flavor that Guy Fieri might weep. 10/10 and will be ordering again soon.
