this was honestly ridiculous. my drink was packed with ice to the absolute brim — i took two sips and it was gone. at that point i didn’t buy a drink, i bought a cup of ice. who actually thinks that’s acceptable? i have photo proof because it was that bad.
what really pushed me over the edge was the service. the moment the window opened, the employee was more invested in gossiping and talking than acknowledging me. no greeting, no attention, no care just conversation like i wasn’t even there. if you’re going to charge people full price, at least do your job and make the drink correctly. this was lazy, careless, and a waste of money.

Came in, ordered crunchy tacos, went to bathroom, came back, and food was called. Food was prepared exactly as I had requested, didn’t have broken shells, and was good as I expected. Will be back for sure when I’m in the area and needing my taco fix. Thanks everyone ✌.

I got the cantina box and I got 2 boxes for 10. They come with a crunchy taco, 2 chalupas, and a medium drink. The food was great and with a long line to the drive-thru, they were really quick to get me my food; it took like 5 minutes to get it from the inside

Waited for about 15 minutes for my name to be called, when I asked the cashier ( no badge ), she just pointed to me that the food was on top of the counter for a while. Staff did not show any sign/s of shame that we waited for while. She even blamed back staff for not calling my name that food is ready.

Absolutely horrible!! The cashier was stoned out of his mind! A girl brought a customers order up and softly called his name. There was no way he could hear that. As I wait for my order, both the girl and cashier clearly see the order hasn’t been picked up yet, and they just leave it there! As I picked up my order, I told the girl that the food was still there, you can clearly see there was only one person out there, not eating, it’s not that hard! Her response was, “Well, I called his name, and he doesn’t hear me.” Call him again, take it to him maybe, dam!!
