About 1 of every 3 times I come here they get our drinks wrong. Every time we come here they are poor quality whether they are wrong or not. We always get fraps and every time they are runny like they’ve been sitting on the counter for 20 minutes even though I see them make it.
Today I was already having a bad day and I ordered the white chocolate peppermint frap and they gave me a regular mocha frap which I didn’t catch until I was already pulling out onto the highway. I’m pregnant and the peppermint helps me feel better. On top of that the bottom half of the drink was just straight liquid. It had completely separated in the 2 minutes it took me to take a drink. The line wasn’t long and I literally watched them poor my drink so it’s not like it was sitting on the counter.
Go to Gresham. It’s worth the drive
The employee working the window on 12/8 at 3:45 pm is the best barista in the world. She’s kind. Please give her all the raises.
