Counter is dirty, person working the register is clearly sick (wearing a mask and coughing), verbalizing it’s just a cold. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Was not greeted not once. Dried tubs of sides. Not covered at all!! Team lead does not seem to care.
They need an impromptu inspection.

Not too long ago I tried Bojangles for the first time. This location to be exact. I was surprised at how much I enjoyed it.
However, my boyfriend and I decided to get a QUICK bite after Christmas shopping 12/4 and it was nothing but quick! I’ve never waited for food in a drive thru that long in my life.
There was one car at the menu ordering and one in front of me, so I’m here thinking it won’t take that long for the line to move… Boy was I wrong!
My boyfriend was adamant that he specifically wanted Bojangles so we continued to sit there through waiting to order and waiting to get our food. All and all, we’re still not at the window to receive our food and it’s been 35 minutes. So, we called the store. A manager answers and we ask what is taking so long, she said there were only two other people with her working and that the chicken just dropped 3 minutes ago. (We ordered 2 chicken sandwiches). On the phone I asked can we get our meals for free at this point or even a coupon and she said no! She didn’t say sorry or apologize for nothing. We get out of line, my boyfriend goes inside.. they make him pay and they give us NOTHING for the terrible service we received. My boyfriend proceeds to tell me there’s more than three people working and they’re being so slow getting everything prepared. It just makes me think that no one cared about giving good service. Meanwhile I’m in the car seeing multiple people walk out with boxes of chicken. To sum up the story.. we get home and my chicken is SOGGGGGGYYYYYY AND SMALLL, FRIES ARE COLDDDD. I asked for extra pickles, DIDNT GET THEM!!! The chicken is small enough to feed a small child. Plus it was hard to even bite into. Like I couldn’t even swallow it. I was so disappointed and stressed. What a waste of time.

I also looked up Bojangles cooperate number and it’s not even real for customer support. I also sent an email about what happened and over 24 hours no one responded.

People shouldn’t get treated this way especially picking this business we want to spend our money at. I’m disappointed in corporate Bojangles cause apparently there’s no one to get in touch with with how customers get treated because of the bad service received. I’m scared to go back now cause I’ll never know what I’ll get!

Oh! And the allotted time that we were there until we got our food was an hour!

I get that it is 8pm and it’s late, but why even sell food that’s been under the lamp staying warm for god knows how long looks overcooked, and dry. Like 2 4pc supreme dinners, the biscuit is dry and the fries are uneatable as they feel limp, cold, or rock hard with no “potato” in them. $24 dollars wasted. IF YOU WOULDN’T EAT IT DONT SELL IT!!

We got a to go order. The coleslaw was warm and literally had about 1 bite in the container. Just say were out. No big deal.

“VERY NICE “
Over the course of many years, I have periodically visited several different Bojangles restaurant locations locally — sometimes rather frequently; at others, sporadically. As far as I can recall, I have always had positive experiences there, but this will be my very first online review of the franchise.

On January 9th, 13th, and 16th, 2025, I visited Bojangles restaurant on Hwy 20, in Madison, Alabama, for a very light breakfast. I’m new to frequenting this particular Bojangles location. But I must say, I was pleased with my experience there. The facility was clean and appeared to be either new or fairly recently remodeled.

For a light breakfast there, I often opt for just a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit, a sweet potato pie, and a coffee, and a water, which I chose a version of these on each of these three occasions. I enjoyed my meal.

Thanks to the ENTIRE team there for a pleasant “light” dining experience.

Sincerely,

G. Curtis

Ordered 10 wings on Sunday, January 18th and it took a really long time (30 mins) for it to come out. The wings came out undercooked and raw. I will never eat at Bojangles again! I am glad we caught it before we ate it all. Otherwise, we would have got food poisoning.

When I got to the counter there was a single employee working the front line. She said she would be right with me, and continued serving drive thru while I just stood there. A male employee returned from the bathroom. His hands appeared dry, and he was rubbing his face with one of his hands. He grabbed a cup from the drive thru area and fixed himself a drink. He took the drink and went into the managers office. From there he along with his drink cup went into the kitchen area; where he started making food. I asked for the manager and told her what I had just witnessed. I asked her if that was the cook and she said no; although this employee was the only one in the kitchen at the time. I was going to buy the Jumbo tailgate, but left without buying anything.

Tammy was wonderful. She came and greeted me at the table to make sure my meall was great and answer any questions that I have she’s a great customer service and she needs to be promoted to manager because she’s definitely doing manager duties.

The food was partially hot meaning the chicken and the top fries was not. They had mixed in hot fries with stale cold ones. Urgh. Guess they aren’t throwing food away. I get it with how expensive everything is but being one who is paying for the food I expect better from these high prices as well. If I didn’t have someplace to be I would have taken it back. Do better.
