I already went to the drive-through two times because they forgot some thing with my first order, And get home and my sandwich has mayonnaise on it so no I don’t wanna have to go back to have this corrected.. Just wanted y’all to see your mistake and hopefully do better in the future.

This was my first visit to Burger King in years, and probably my last. I paid a premium price for an Ultimate Steakhouse Whopper, and ended up with a sandwich missing half the ingredients. No mushrooms, Swiss cheese, or peppercorn sauce. It would have been okay if they told me they couldn’t make it, but instead served me an inferior sandwich.

I ordered the crispy onion whopper meal large size with half fries and half onion rings. I got a regular whopper and about 10 fries and 5 onion rings. The manager just kept telling me they don’t serve the crispy onion whopper anymore and they just made a regular one. My daughter ordered chicken fries which was not even in the bag. The manager had a terrible attitude. She kept telling me to go on the app to get a refund. I didn’t want a refund, I wanted the correct food. This location is terrible and I will be notifying corporate.

Every time my husband orders a hamburger with no ketchup. Again today he comes home and my hamburger has melted cheese on it! If I had wanted a hamburger with cheese I would have had ordered it. Another $6.54 lost due to the incompetence of someone receiving pay to ruin my lunch and lose my money. I am 77 years old and I don’t have money to throw away!

Haley that works the window is a very rude individual- she obviously doesn’t like working with the public and get aggravated at having to take order and do her job. Nasty attitudes, lazy workers, and a very nasty atmosphere. Takes FOREVER to get your food and 9/10 ITS WRONG OR COLD!! Bathrooms are nasty and stink as soon as you walk in the doors, the dining area is ALWAYS nasty. It’s simply a waste of time and money PERIOD ♀️

Stopped here for the first time, this is what I got. Absolutely unacceptable. They didn’t even give me a receipt so this is the only way to leave feedback.
The wait was long, the food was moldy, and they didn’t include the receipt in the bag. I would rate 0 stars is possible. A place with service and standards so low should bot be allowed to remain in business. It should have been obvious to whoever made this that the bread was bad, considering the large moldy green section. It’s probably been in a bag with a bunch of other buns, meaning they’re serving food covered in mold (whether visible yet or not) to potentially large quantities of people.
