My co-worker stayed at a hotel near here.

The McNuggets and Frensh fries are Hot and tasty.

They messed up my drink it it was supposed to be a large not a medium, so I was like well it’s okay we did go at 1am! We asked for cooked to order… the fries were soggy… and then I asked for 4 buffalo (with mayo cause I wanted to mix it…) and they gave me hot honey… my partners snack wrap was barley wrapped. : ((( very upset though they were very nice

I absolutely love this location. The manager there around 12-1 AM on January 27 is the nicest most efficient person i’ve met in fast food. He’s extremely knowledgeable and has great customer interactive skills. The food is always fresh and hot and the workers there really care! My favorite location zero complaints. 10/10

I usually go to McDonalds and try to order a fish filet with a whole piece of cheese plus pickle and tarter sauce. This is the first McDonalda that got it right and I want to thank the young man working Wednesday night who took the time to listen and understand that I paid for extra cheese and wanted the pickles and tarter sauce too. He also made sure due to my child that has a fish allergy the rest of my order was in a separate bag. I thank the young lady that took the order yet give a special shout out to the young man who came to the window to make sure my order was right. Thank you young man I pray blessings to you. I wish I had gotten your name. Be blessed.

This place should literally not exist. All of them should lose their jobs. Never fast service always insanely slow. Orders are never correct. No one practices good hygiene. Placed an order for breakfast before breakfast ended then had to sit in line for half an hour to get told. Oh it’s lunch time and we’re not serving breakfast any longer when I ordered when they were serving breakfast. Terrible service every single time.

Food quality is awful. Change your oil every once in a while. I advise everyone to go to the McDonalds on Higgins Rd instead. On the left, Higgins McDonald’s nuggets. On right right, this McDonald’s nuggets. Not even edible. You raise your prices and not your standards. Just yikes when it comes to your food.
P.S. if you order extra condiments on any sandwich they squirt it onto the side of the sandwich wrapper. Never onto the sandwich.

Google and the McDonald’s app said this location is open and place an order thur the app but when I got to the location I sat in drive-through for 20 minutes with no response from anybody. Drove around the building saw people inside on their cell phone. So I called the location 3 times and a woman picked up and I ask if they was open, she responded very rudely “no!” and explain to her that the app allowed me to make my order and I was here to pick it up and I was kind of confused because the app says that this location was open at 5 AM and Google says that you was open at 5 AM but you’re telling me that you guys are not open then she confirmed my order and said that there is no food ready for me because they are not open and she has no control over the app. I asked for a refund and she said if you don’t pick up the food you automatically be refunded. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone and it’s worth the extra drive to go a few miles up the road to another location that would treat you better!

Easily the worst McDonalds in the NW suburbs. Incredibly slow service with only one car ahead of me in the driver through. I ordered a quarter pound with cheese combo and the fries were half empty in the box. I asked the kid at the end if I could get the correct amount he handed me a basket full of day old cold fries. That is by far the worst fries I’ve ever had and on top of that it bothers me these kids that are working could careless about seeing half empty fries that are limp and cold. Never going to this location again.

I’ve only been through the drive through at this location, but every time they are fast, friendly, and have never messed up my order.
Don’t be concerned by the construction next door at the gas station. First time I drove by thinking McDonald’s was closed for renovations!
