Foxtail Coffee Co. – A Trendy Multi-Concept Stop
Foxtail Coffee Co. came highly recommended, so I decided to stop by during my drive up the coast. While I wouldn’t necessarily label it a “must-go” destination for the coffee alone, it is a very cool concept that offers a little bit of everything—from caffeine and mocktails to ice cream.
As a bit of a picky coffee connoisseur, I found the brew to be decent, though perhaps not quite enough to make me a regular. However, the service more than made up for it. I arrived not being in the greatest of moods, but the lovely barista and manager were incredibly kind and efficient, getting my drink out quickly so I could get back on the road. It was also interesting to see they were still using their Christmas cups well into February. While it felt a bit odd for the time of year, I can appreciate the effort to use up overstock—and hey, why not let the holiday spirit linger a little longer?
The shop has a fun, chatty atmosphere that seems like a great spot to bring a friend, especially being so close to Jacksonville Beach. Even though the vibe didn’t personally make me want to linger and stay, it is a solid suggestion for anyone looking for a trendy spot with a versatile menu. Whether you’re in the mood for a flat white or a scoop of ice cream, it’s a fun stop to have on your radar.

Never tried this place at all but have heard about it through social media, decided to stop by after work with another co worker of mines who also never have tried but heard it was really good through social media and we gave it and try!
The atmosphere was amazing, they were decorated for the fall, service was quick and easy.
I love the matcha latte that I got from here !
I also got a turkey sausage bagel sandwich which was great but it was more cheese than but it was still delightful 8.5/10
Overall, the entire experience was great ! Def will try again !

Just a Girl
This coffee shop is so cute, modern, yet cozy. It’s a small little coffee shop with big energy! We were visiting to check out the area and had our two pups with us. The cashier in the front was so sweet. She was kind, patient, and recommended us some items. She also told us about their dog wall of fame and gave us a Polaroid to take a photo of our pups with for free! She even gave us 2 pup cups without us asking. So cute and so sweet. We got 2 coffees and 2 breakfast sandwiches. They were pretty good, though I might try something else next time. They had many options as well as indoor and outdoor seating. We would definitely come again for the great customer service. Look for Mochi and Chose on the wall of fame!

My boyfriend and I stopped by Foxtail on a quiet Sunday morning during a short beach getaway, just hoping to grab my usual latte fix. Instead, I was met with subtle but unmistakable racial undertones — the kind of small slights that make any Black customer think twice about returning.
When we entered, we took a moment to look over the bright, overhead menu, standing back to give other patrons space to order. Once I was ready, I stepped up to the counter. My boyfriend lingered nearby, glancing at the bottled juices in the cold case. The cashier — a woman of color herself — walked right past me and greeted my non-Black boyfriend instead.
Startled, he began fumbling through an order he hadn’t even decided on yet. She quoted him the total and only then, after he gestured toward me, did she acknowledge that I existed — as though my presence had been invisible until he validated it.
It was one of the most disheartening experiences I’ve ever had at a coffee shop.
If you’re in the mood for chewy bagels, lackluster croissants, and a serving of casual bias on the side, this Foxtail might meet your expectations. But if you value respect, warmth, and genuinely good food, do yourself a favor — and find your coffee elsewhere.

Latte was decent but way overpriced. Too sweet so if you get a flavor consider that. The ambiance is nice with lots of plugs at the tables for recharging your electronics. Service was fine though I don’t think the person knew the menu too well because she seemed new.

Just visited Foxtel for the first time and it’s a great coffee shop here at the beaches. Just met HOBIE, the operations manager for the franchises and he’s a great guy. They have a great program which is very fair and comparable to Starbucks for their point system. I would say it’s even slightly better because for every hundred points on you can get any size coffee you want. We also have an ice cream bar and are open until 9 PM which gives a chance to go somewhere different to sit. I come here to do some work and it’s gonna get away from the home office.

They honestly have the worst pastries I’ve ever had. They are like if a grocery store reject was a pastry. It’s lukewarm and hot and unevenly toasted and just bad. The croissant was dull and tasted like nothing but also was just also bad. The muffin tasted like oil had no flavor and no strussel on top and was horrible. I asked where they came from and she said they are just delivered. Genuinely really bad.
Edit: They then replied asking me to fill out a form to tell them? Why would I complete a task for you? The form includes reading through every one of their businesses to select which one specifically. This is your job re the specific review. Additionally…….its clearly a wholesale subpar mass-produced bakery…..you’re fully aware of your supplier and why are you asking me about which one as of that would matter?
