This place is always clean (for the one person running the floor), food is good, thank goodness the salad bar is back.
Everything we come in, Katie has been amazing! No matter how busy she is (the one person running the floor) she is always very friendly, happy, and great at taking care of everyone! Glad to see her everytime we come in for lunch!

Have been to this location a few times for the buffet and have always had great service and hot food every single time. Katie is a badass and runs that place top notch. She’s very nice, attentive and has a great personality. 10/10 would recommend.

Always excellent food and service! Good salad bar, they keep the pizza coming. It’s the best pizza buffet in town. They work hard to keep food ready and drinks filled. I eat here weekly. Consistently great!

December 30th at 925 pm I went to this location and had the WORST, most SASSY customer service I’ve ever had thanks to the assistant manager KIRK TAVIUS! I walked in as he was on a PERSONAL call and told me to wait for him to finish so he could take my order, then proceeded to not take my order because I didn’t have a cell phone number for him to put down, he said it’s policy that without one I couldn’t order. I was the only one present in the store, he then told me I had to wait longer than expected for a personal cheese pizza because there was an order place at 7pm that took priority! How do u have an order at 7pm and it’s 936 at this point and somehow that order was still not complete yet?! He didn’t have an answer for that beside u need to wait so I asked for a refund he then stated as a MANAGER he couldn’t issue a refund to me! So I said can u call her since y’all was just on the phone when I walked in? He ducked his teeth and said she not here and she not coming in tonight and walked off. So I called the cops to report the incident. He said I have to wait until Friday to speak to Gloria for a refund. ABSOLUTE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER! and he DID NOT WEAR GLOVES WHEN HANDLING MY FOOD! DO NOT EAT HERE

Ordered two Nashville Hot flatz and they were absolutely perfect! Hot, crispy, and packed with flavor—just the right amount of spice. Everything was fresh and made exactly how I like it. We usually have to get delivery from this one because the one we prefer is on Ramsey. This one the food just don’t hit like the other one you never know how your pizza will come most times it’s dry. And the wings they don’t sauce them enough.

Ordered carry out and the employees were friendly and nice. There was an order mix up due to similarity and timing so they had to remake mine. They apologized and since mine was remade, it was hot and fresh. Despite that mistake, accidents happen, definitely will order from again when in Fayetteville. It’s pizza, who doesn’t love pizza.

Drove her from Sanford for the lunch buffet and they don’t have the salad bar open. Why serve a lunch buffet without salad?
Update: Gave them one more chance and again drove from Sanford for lunch buffet. Imagine my surprise when they don’t have their famous Italian dressing, only lite Italian in a squeeze pkg on the salad bar. I did ask the really nice girl, not much of a waitress, but really nice. Seems that since they got their salad bar fixed they no longer order dressing, just give you packets on the bar. Don’t waste your time with this place, Lillington is much better and worth the drive.
