I was ordering a sandwich and after making the first one, the employee started the second sandwich, I noticed the lettuce looked a little brown and wilted, I told her forget the second sandwich because I didn’t like the way the lettuce looked. I kept the first one. Then I noticed that there was another bucket of lettuce almost right next to the one she was using that looked better. I asked her about using that one. So what does she say, “well, they came from the same batch”. That shows you that our level of training, because any good manager would say, “give the customer what they want”, especially if there is no cost associated. So now they have lost revenue, and a customer. You need revenue to make money.
I haven’t been there in a long time and I’ll never go back again.
Why not give the customer the good lettuce since it was right there.
No wonder everything is going out of business.
I placed an online order for a 4:10 p.m. pickup, and by 4:50 p.m., the food still hadn’t been prepared. When I requested a refund, the employee flatly refused. I called to speak with a manager, only to have the same woman shout at me, use profanity, and hang up. After multiple attempts to reach someone, she finally answered again and told me she was “too busy” to make the order—yet still refused to issue a refund.
The level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customers is astounding. Any establishment that allows employees to verbally abuse customers, fail to fulfill paid orders, and refuse refunds should not be in business. This restaurant is a model of incompetence and chaos—avoid it at all costs.
