I stopped in Subway today to try this location again. Haven’t been there in about a year.
I was ordering a sandwich and after making the first one, the employee started the second sandwich, I noticed the lettuce looked a little brown and wilted, I told her forget the second sandwich because I didn’t like the way the lettuce looked. I kept the first one. Then I noticed that there was another bucket of lettuce almost right next to the one she was using that looked better. I asked her about using that one. So what does she say, “well, they came from the same batch”. That shows you that our level of training, because any good manager would say, “give the customer what they want”, especially if there is no cost associated. So now they have lost revenue, and a customer. You need revenue to make money.
I haven’t been there in a long time and I’ll never go back again.
Why not give the customer the good lettuce since it was right there.
No wonder everything is going out of business.

Stay far away from this place.
I placed an online order for a 4:10 p.m. pickup, and by 4:50 p.m., the food still hadn’t been prepared. When I requested a refund, the employee flatly refused. I called to speak with a manager, only to have the same woman shout at me, use profanity, and hang up. After multiple attempts to reach someone, she finally answered again and told me she was “too busy” to make the order—yet still refused to issue a refund.

The level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customers is astounding. Any establishment that allows employees to verbally abuse customers, fail to fulfill paid orders, and refuse refunds should not be in business. This restaurant is a model of incompetence and chaos—avoid it at all costs.

Multiple times I’ve walked in and Multiple employees act like it’s a problem I’m there to order a sandwich. The younger employees have major aditude problems and should be retrained ASAP. Made my sandwich and folded it wrong then lied about it and refused to remake it because she was having a personal crisis over the sandwich.

My footlong veggie sub with avocado and garlic aioli was delicious! However, my bag of Baked Lays, which I bought and paid for, was not included with my Door Dash order, even though it appeared on the receipt. Someone’s enjoying my bag of chips. At least I got to enjoy the sandwich.

I order a Sub, she pressured me to ask for Lettuce (I did NOT want any Lettuce); I asked for onions so she put 2 strands of Onions, I asked for more so she gave 1 more Strand of Onion, then she said NO more Onions then she cut it into 4 pieces. I like Onions NO Lettuce, NO Lettuce; I am a Customer & want my choice on my Sub; other Subways there is NO Problem

Ordered 2 subs for curbside pickup. Waited 10 minutes after checking in online and had to go inside for order. Got home with order and received a grinder that was not what I ordered. Don’t the sandwich makers even read the receipt? Everything was on it, yet it’s not what I got. Even the chips I ordered as part of the meal was wrong. No customer satisfaction at all.

I love the service. When go there. I ordered a foot long bacon turkey let tom mayo. I thought $12 and change was high. I went yesterday. I ordered the same. Just that. No soda chips nothing else. The cost I was so shocked. $17 and change!!! For a friggin grinder!!! From Almost $13 to ALMOST $18 DOLLARS JUST A GRINDER!!! THAT IS SO RIDICULOUS!!!My family and I will no longer be going there anymore. You are going to lose a lot of customers. I can go to a restaurant and get a great meal for that price. Good luck if you stay open with those prices! Extremely disappointed!

The food is great but most of the employees are not very friendly. Especially Lianna! I have been there multiple times and have been given an attitude while I was placing my order every time. I have also witnessed Liana being rude to multiple other customers each time! Its time for Management to reconsider her employment. Customer service is everything for a business like yours and her attitude towards customers is unacceptable! The older gentleman that runs the place is great. He is always friendly and very accommodating. The girls need to learn from him and follow his example of how to treat your customers no matter who they are or how picky they may be.

My service was great but 16$ and change for a foot long subway sub combo is too much money. Walk a cross the street and you get 8 McDoubles for the same money and eat all week. Subway needs realistic pricing.

Our town is so lucky to have this store. Manager takes great care and pride in running a friendly and absolutely spotless store in this trying age of covid. The place is always so clean and sandwich artists work quickly and with always with a smile. Great food, excellent service all the way!
