Ordered Small Royal Crispy Chicken Combo for $9.50 with tax! Received a miniature chicken breast that was not crispy and looked nothing like the picture on the menu board. Looked not fresh and/or fried in old oil and was smaller than the small bun. Had to return for other item. I understand why the dining room, drive through and parking lot was empty. I will never eat at Burger King again. These fast food places are going to go out of business fast.

Walked in and had to get the attention of the cashier standing at the register playing on her phone, who then seemed annoyed i interupted her. Ordered a whopper and fries at 4:45pm and didnt receive my order until 5:20pm. Had an error with my sandwich then when the manager was told my sandwich was missing something, threw her hands up and said “i cant handle this place, i need a break”. And walked into the back. Will not be back food was subpar and service was terrible and for the price ill just go to culvers.

Staff is very slow. Ordered food at 7:12pm. It took us almost 40 minutes to receive our order. Was only focusing on drive thru orders. Staff was sitting on phones not helping at all in back. One lady asked if the guy packing orders had our order yet and he said “no what’s that?” but had orders after ours. Like seriously?? I would seriously give them a 0 star rating if I could. My son was getting antsy because it should not take damn an hour to receive food when there was NO CARS IN DRIVE THRU OR ANY PEOPLE COMING IN. This is insane. Will not be returning.

This is the 2nd time I have ordered thru your app. NEVER AGAIN! order was in and said ot was on the way but an hour later it says its still at the store. No one answers the phone. No way to get my money back for no delivery! Contact corporate and they say they will get back to me in 24 to 48 hours. Not acceptable! Now no food and out $55 with no solution. Does not sound good for your business with me. I’ll wait to hear how they can excuse this.

Waited half hour for my food and then they goofed up my order I ordered a number 7 instead of Swiss cheese I wanted american. Ended up with no cheese at all. My son ordered before we did and got is small ordered after. When I took my sandwich back up there to let them know I didn’t get no cheese at all. Cause the manger had to take a break cause she couldn’t handle the stress of her employees not listening.

Now I get why the low review. 15 minutes to make a Whopper Jr. Three people standing around with their hands in their pocket and one person on the burgers. Not that Culver’s is any better but you don’t have to wait around for 15 minutes. Just read the past reviews. It’s a systemic problem that management obviously doesn’t want to address.

In the past month I’ve had two great experiences at this location. The first was drive-thru. I’d never tried the breakfast. I ordered through the mobile app, super easy. The person helping me was so nice and the food was freshly made. Tonight I decided to order through door dash. I ordered quite a bit of food, with some modifications, so I was a little nervous. All of my food was delicious and everything was correct. Thank you to the crew at the Saukville Burger King!

Went to drive thru. Had to wait and wait to be waited on. I ordered the same as I did last week and the price was double. Got my food, they forgot my drink. Drove around and came back to windows and beeped several times. No one was at restaurant. She finally came and handed me my drink that was wrong!!! She said I tried to catch you, bull. I ordered coke not diet coke. Do better
