Excellent Greek food, friendly fast service. Gyro was excellent as was soup. Couple extra bucks to add a delicious Greek salad. Unusual combination baklava and NY cheesecake drissled with Honey and cinnamon from Hellas in Tarpon Springs was over the top. Reasonably priced, healthy

I crave this place every week! Today’s order was the lemon soup (phenomenal) and gyro with side Greek salad. It was and always is so delicious. The waitress/staff is extremely friendly and patient. You can tell they all care about service and the quality of food. Best Greek food in Florida!

First time coming here. Food was amazing! Our server Angel did an outstanding job. Super kind, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. Even for takeout, the service and food were top-notch. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back!

Nice small Greek restaurant focussd on fresh, quality appetizers and salads and sandwiches. The Dolmases are some of the best around. Love when they have beef in them like the ones here. The Greek salad is fresh and nice portion, add some protein to make it truly fulfilling.

I ordered from here via DoorDash and was a little disappointed especially with all the great reviews. The chicken was overcooked and dry. They tried to make up for it with the marinated sauce and tzatziki sauce but they were still hard to eat. The potato salad was mostly onion. I would love to give this place another chance and maybe I will have a different experience dining in.

The service deserves 6 stars. It felt like being hosted by energetic friends that were happy to see me. The food is fresh, full of flavor, and the textures are nicely balanced. The falafel wrap was good but the feta chips took the crown. Potato chips that tasted homemade, fluffy and crisp, topped with diced tomatoes, scallions and grated feta cheese.
The only thing I might ask for the next time is tyrokafteri (shatta would be an inferior but acceptable substitute). Oh, and they don’t have a liquor license. (How do you eat Greek without Ouzo, Retsina, or Mythos?)

Great little place for good greek cuisine. The Greek salad is chopped and the best flavor. We have found our favorite Greek restaurant, will come back often. Service was excellent and friendly.

The food is emeculate and we were greeted with a smile from everyone. It was nice and quiet but lively as well. This was our first time here and we will definitely be returning. The owner kept giving us samples of different sauces too!! Super glad we came here to eat. Please try it out if you can!!!

First time I ran across Louis Pappas‘s recipe for the Slovaki Dinner.
Best Greek food in the county. I dined in one day and “take out”out the next.
I would suggest dining in as it was hard to find the lamb n chicken in my take out.
Btw i’m glad they don’t have a liquor license as it also creates a peaceful atmosphere! Hard to find anywhere around here anymore. Ty FAMOUS GREEK.

Having been coming to the area since I was a child in the 60’s, I’ve always been familiar with the cuisine locally. Back in the day, Pappas’ was the place to go. The newer Pappas’ has slipped considerably IMO and the one on McMullen Booth had closed. I had eaten at Famous Greek Salads when on 19 in the 80’s and early 90’s. But with so many options to choose from, just kind of had forgotten about it and honestly didn’t know where they’d relocated to for quite awhile.
Man what I’ve been missing. This was the best Greek Salad I’ve had in years , hands down. So fresh, lots of veggies, feta, potato salad. And the dressing was just right. I added gyro meat on the side and tzatziki sauce. Both were excellent. The pita warm and tasty as well.Btw, I had mine chopped style.
The staff was very friendly and efficient. And also had a good conversation with the owner.
I sure wish I had remembered this place several yrs back. But I won’t forget it now. It will be on my go to places every time I’m in town.
