This is a relatively new location, and at first glance it seems nice enough. Wait times were about average, and the food itself was good with pricing in line with expectations. The atmosphere was also average – nothing remarkable, but comfortable.
Unfortunately, the service really brought down the experience. Our server didn’t know what the mushroom sauce was when I asked and said, “I don’t know, I don’t like mushrooms.” She never refilled our drinks, didn’t check back on the table, and ignored us when we were trying to pay and my sister actually had to grab the card from her hand while she was chatting with someone else just so we could leave. We ended up ordering dessert on the touch screen before that because she never returned once to the table until we left, and when she finally came back, she didn’t even realize we were still waiting for it and said “don’t you know how to pay?” Assuming neither of us understood how to pay and that’s why we hadn’t left.
Overall, the food was solid, but the lack of attention from our server made the visit frustrating. Hopefully, with time and more training, the service here will improve.

My husband and I finally got the chance to visit your location on a lunch date this past Sunday….we were both blown away by how wonderful not only the food was but the staff was as well. Our server was awesome! He was extremely professional, wonderful attitude and made sure we were having a wonderful time.
The food was absolutely DELICIOUS!! My husband ordered the ravioli carbonara dish and added crispy chicken that was so creamy and decadent it was five stars all day. I ordered the grilled chicken margherita….the flavors was absolutely perfect.
Their non alcoholic drinks were amazing as well..my husband ordered the strawberry-passion fruit limonata and I had the mango strawberry iced tea.
Needless to say we will be back in the near future.

It was our first time to have lunch here. The food was really good, just from eating the appetizers, soups and breadsticks you can already get full!❤️Our waitress was amazing! And we paid our bill through their tablet so it was very convenient. Thank you for the great service and experience!

Jake at Olive Garden in Auburn, Maine is the best Manager I have ever experienced and has the warmest, confident, most inviting attributes and attitude I’ve ever seen in a Manager. Give this man his own area or district soon. Truly Awesome!!

My granddaughter and I went out on February 13th for Valentine’s dinner. no wait ,waitress goes by 4 to 5 miutes so she’ll be right back, I said no problem she came back took her order went and got drinks came back with salad do another 5 minutes I haven’t even finished my salad and my dinner was there and I looked at the lady and said excuse me I haven’t even finished my salad I said I’m not ready for dinner well she puts it down okay The waitress never came back to check on us at all until it was time for a check My dinner I didn’t even eat cuz it dried out sitting there while I had my salad and breadsticks My granddaughter ate hers. so Said she was sorry brought me a slice of cake to bring home. Which really wasn’t that good. And if anybody has ever taken home , fettuccine alfredo with broccoli it was gross All the water from the broccoli and when you microwave it it breaks down so it’s really a nasty dinner for $22 was not happy and Heather was I waitress

Service was friendly and accurate. No refills offered on soda. I was left waiting for server to check out for more than 1/2 hour. I finally asked another server and they called her from the kitchen. Apparently I was supposed to check out via the plastic tablet that was taking up space on the table. She apologized profusely.
I ordered never ending soup and got the gnocchi, seafood Alfredo and of course the bread sticks. Expensive and yet tasty.

Waitress was constantly preoccupied. Once looking at another table while supposedly listening to me. Forgot Alfredo Sauce for Bread sticks. Got the sauce when bread was gone. Then couldn’t get more bread without asking twice. Asked for crushed peppers twice before being told they were out!?!? Had to ask for drink refills. Waitress complained about others not doing their jobs!?!? Won’t go back. Only went there cause friends did. This was the service and quality that made me stop going to this chain long ago. Atmosphere was great cause I was with friends. We got a good laugh at how awful the waitress was.

My wife and I are so happy to finally have an Italian option local to us for dining out. The food was quite good, superior to other olive gardens we’ve been to in Maine. The service staff were fast, attentive and friendly though still learning the menu. Atmosphere was ok. The building is quite nice but decor was a bit generic or “chainy”. I hope they add some personal touches to it and look forward to seeing them. Will be dining again.

Service wasn’t the best, but better than the food. Was seated fast but waited a while for our waitress. Tables seated after us were serviced first. Food was terrible. Got a pasta in Alfredo sauce and chicken. Took one bite, it tasted sour and made my stomach uneasy. It was hard to even swallow. Ended up throwing up once home. Margarita was perfect. Expensive dishes for food quality that is the same as dollar tree in my opinion.
