This was an amazing thai food spot. Everything came out hot and delicious. The teas were great. The service was prompt and friendly.

My wife loved her mushroom soup. The peanut lovers came out sizzling hot and was packed with flavor. The gyoza was crunchy and juicy with the best sweet and sour sauce I’ve had recently. The pad thai was exactly how I expected and Mango sticky rice was so good we had to order a second one to go.

10/10 recommend this place!

Would definitely come back. Tom Yum is good albeit a little more sweet than expected. Pad Thai is solid. Price point is excellent, portion size is great. Atmosphere is nice and cozy. Service was fast and efficient.

Great lunch deal only 10$ and you get an entree, side of rice, egg roll and soup all for the price of 10$ favorite Thai food in town!

Rip off. This is what you get for $23 on Uber Eats with $.50 cent delivery fee. This is a Penang Curry with rice. 3 pieces of shrimp and not even enough curry sauce to fill a coffee mug. Poor quality. Small portions. High prices. Save your money. I would maybe pay $8 for for this portion/quality.

For my first visit here I am entirely impressed. I ordered a decent spread to really give it a go.

I started out with a bowl of Tom Yum soup with shrimp and was blown away. Fantastic flavor and the quantity of ingredients was a pleasant surprise.

There is a special order of Thai style chicken wings and they were really good on their own but the sweet chili sauce was over the top amazing. My one complaint on the wings is the quantity. The wings are small and with the number of wings you are paying nearly $2 a wing.

To round it out I had an order of Panang curry with shrimp and Sala Thai went 3/3 for fantastic quality. The curry had a very fair quantity of food for the price

I very much look forward to coming back and trying more dishes, very excited to experience all of the flavors Sala Thai has to offer.

This is by far the best Thai food restaurant I know. I wish I could eat here every day. The red curry with chicken is my go to. I also get the ginger tea and the mango rice. Thank you Sala for the wonderful food!

The food was very yummy as usual. It has been a long time since my last visit here. All the stuff in the restaurant were not changed, except the menu. It looks like new dishes were added. The service was very nice and friendly.

This was the worst Thai food I’ve ever had. The Tom Kha soup was a thin combination of coconut milk and sugar (sickly sweet) and no seasonings at all. No lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, galangal, or chilies. I paid an upcharge for shrimp and there were maybe 4 small ones. The peanut sauce for the spring rolls was spoonful of peanut butter covered in a thick clear glob of corn syrup. The dipping sauce for the fried shrimp appetizers was pure corn syrup. The soup was delivered to our table in a large pot without bowls or a ladle. It took awhile to get the server’s attention and then a longer wait to get the bowls. Still no ladle.
My dining companion’s meals were delivered 15 minutes after mine. This restaurant is a disaster, or at least was the night I went.

Wanted to love it, but it’s one and done for us. When the onion is the freshest tasting thing in the dish there’s maybe some issues lol

The fresh rolls with shrimp were OK, mostly iceberg lettuce and not tightly wrapped in the rice paper so they fall apart and are messy, it’s basically just a plain iceberg salad kind of rolled up, not like the tight rolls you might expect from experience at other restaurants. Very bland, without the peanut dressing there’s no flavor to speak of. No cilantro?, just a little basil leaf, so that’s probably why the “fresh” taste is lacking?

The dinner entrée was not flavorful or spicy at all for us even though we got medium spice level, usually it’s the opposite problem at Thai restaurants lol It was kind of boiled looking? The ingredients were just in a lot of water, not really a sauce even. Nothing was crisp or crunchy. Nuts were all in the bottom in the water, mushrooms and baby corn were like from a can…. The beef was tough. Portion size and beef amount was OK, but in this case the leftovers aren’t worth saving.

The location and dining area is nice enough, the Google reviews made me hopeful but… Too bad. 🙁
