This arbys always does well with getting the orders correct, and 90% of the time the food is hot! We always find ourselves back here due to the meats and arbys sauce. !! Lol. This location is better than the one in Columbus. Staff are happy help usually with whatever needed.

I was served COLD & STALE fries. I was met with an awful attitude when I politely went in to ask if I could have fresh fries. And then when I was handed the fresh fries, the lady was mean mugging. Awful customer service today. I also heard a lady say “they were fresh because we’ve been so busy” to another employee. A quick feel of the fries would have told them all they needed to know.. if I spend $50 for dinner for my family, I don’t want COLD food.

I just rolled up to Arby’s for a quick lunch and ended up witnessing a level of operational excellence that NASA would envy. I’m talking precision. I’m talking efficiency. I’m talking two absolute queens holding the entire roast beef universe together: Rita and Lida
When Rita and Lida are on shift at the same time, that place runs like a well‑oiled machine that’s been dipped in bacon grease and blessed by the curly fry gods themselves.
I walked in, and before I even took two steps, Rita hit me with the warmest “Hi honey!” like she’d been expecting me my whole life. Lida was moving through that kitchen like she had cheat codes enabled. Sandwiches flying, orders popping out, curly fries radiating pure spiritual energy.
I swear if Chick‑fil‑A has their employees say “my pleasure,” Rita and Lida have the whole staff saying, “we GOT you.”
Food? Perfect.
Service? Untouchable.
Vibes? Immaculate.
If corporate doesn’t give these two a raise, a crown, and maybe a small throne to sit on during their break, they’re missing out.

Came by at 9:30PM on 10/3. About 5-7 employees and what looked like friends (including a toddler) standing around the dining area. Sign on the door said dine in closed at 10, but doors were all locked. We knocked. They told us they were closed. Maybe consider changing your hours posted online to reflect that? All it says online is open until 11.

Friendly staff, good food. They really do have a very special drive-thru crew who always has a smile and a friendly hello. There’s a young person, I believe named Tristan, who Works at the counter, always provides fast, friendly service.

Food was fresh and delicious. Tristan took my order and made the experience even that much better. I will return to that location, 100% because of how enjoyable he made my very short wait with his wonderful sense of humor!! People like him spread happiness! Love it!

You have to be open during your hours of operation to be able to receive stars. 2 people were cleaning the front lobby. 3 people/ vehicles came in at 9:25. The lobby is supposed to close at 10:00. When I called, they said they didn’t have enough help to keep both the lobby and drive thru open. Then why did you have 2 people cleaning the lobby???
