A Wonderful seafood restuarant. Soups were very good. Super friendly staff. Old fashion building with lots of character. Dont wear too fancy of clothing as seafood cleaning can get you messy. Price is high, but within reason of seafood costs. Since we are about an hour and 20min drive (and due to cost) we have dubbed this is our once a year place to eat. This visit was our 2nd. (SIDE NOTE – For those who prefer REAL BUTTER….We brought butter with us to place in the candle warmers as the yellow stuff they bring out is possibly all margarine or a mix of marg/butter. We use real butter all the time so we could tell the difference. Just tell your waitress that you have your own butter along and they will bring out the warmers without their ‘butter’.) Our first visit was to celebrate our 10th anniversary. Meal was very good. Had the AYCE platter with shrimp, snow crab legs, prime rib, chicken, and a salad. $40 for that seems a bit steep but it was a big plate of food.

This place was great based on the ONLINE MENU. Do not trust this menu. Cost is $60 MORE than the advertised prices AND it is NOT all you can eat. Blue crabs are small and it’s $69.99 and snow crab legs are 64.99 and are LIMITED!!!! I feel VERY wronged by this place. It’s “surprise” our advertisement is false….got cha! The food was definitely not worth it (my crabs HAD to have been reheated, rubbery leg meat and squishy puree of inside meat… and the atmosphere is ABSOLUTELY not worth it. The waitresses are about the only really good thing… Because they actually do their job. Otherwise, this place is good for a rip off and false advertising. Honestly, I want half my money back. Their ADVERTISED and PICTURED prices are 44.99 for the crab cluster all you can eat and the steamed crabs are advertised at 49.99. when the waitress stated the price, she made it seem like ONLY the crab legs were 64.99. But I guess she never said the adjusted price for the steamed crabs. Also didn’t know you could choose to NOT get certain items. That would have also been nice to know. I was excited about coming here, bothered my husband for a month. I regret that. I’d regret it less if our bill wasn’t TWICE what it should have been.

Very racist place. The owner refused my black family service. Saying she needed to have food for tomorrow but persons behind me coming in and she is asking them what they want to order. Very RACIST PLACE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Nothing fancy, just delicious fish, seafood, and chicken. I love the all you can eat options. It would be nice if the prices were lower, but I don’t believe they’re out of line for the offerings. We usually only dine-in on special occasions. We call ahead and always try to get there as early as possible.You definitely want to call ahead on weekends and holidays. We were picking up some breaded oysters to make at home. The restaurant was packed and the woman at the register told us it would be another 2 hours before a table was available. Seating is close but still comfortable. The only negative thing I would have to say about the place is that they have a really tiny bathroom. I mean REALLY TINY! The bathroom is clean, it’s just too small to be a comfortable fit for adult-sized people! Overall, this is a great place, though pricey, and I recommend it to everyone.

We really enjoyed our dinner there. We made reservations and were seated promptly. All of the Staff were very friendly and courteous. The Cream of crab soup was fantastic. Our dinners were also delicious and served in a timely manner. I am so glad I didn’t pay attention to the negative posts on this page. We had a wonderful time here and truly enjoyed our food. Our experience was phenomenal. We will definitely return here on our visit to York Pa. A wonderful seafood experience!!

We simply had a nice dinner! Very much exceed our expectations based on previous reviews. I’m not easy to please but i have no regrets and I’ll be back.. although as a Marylander we like our seafood spicy so i had to mix old bay in my dipping butter, it works. I left happy!
