I’m impressed with this Jack in the Box! Came here for a quick bite and I was impressed how clean and attentive the staff was. They were super nice at this location. The food is descent for a fast food place and I don’t mind coming here for when I’m in a hurry. I would definitely come back here since service is so nice! Overall a great experience.

Went here to order food for my grandparents and uncle. Went inside to pick up my order since i had did it through the app. They were friendly and told me my order would be out soon. Mind you be, I went in there 15 minutes after i ordered it so it literally should have been done. I wait another 10 minutes and i finally get it all, its a big heavy bag with a bunch of other food so I didn’t bother checking. But that was my mistake, as they literally forgot FOUR small fries. I’m sorry, there were two people in your drive-thru total, you still take 25 minutes for one order with 5 people working there and forget THAT much food in my order? The only fries that were in my munchie meal were as cold as they probably were out of the bag. Best part is that they don’t even answer the phone so we couldn’t correct them on their mistake. Definitely will be going to the other locations now with how terrible this service was.

The new generation is all about mobile orders and kiosk. Looking for any help, it’s gonna be a minute. If your running short on time don’t go her during after school hours. The wait for carryout mobile food will take some time. If your doing drive through, than no problem it should be faster because they always help drive through out before anyone doing walk in carryout.

Last night they were out of chicken products no warning or note anywhere. Waited in the drive thru for 20 mins after work starving and couldn’t even order what I wanted. Why do places keep getting more expensive and offering customer less? Do better, or I’ll take my money across the street

I came through the drive-thru after midnight on New Year’s Day, was so happy they were open because my friend and I were hungry. I got the teriyaki bowl without chicken and it was so good! Even though I didn’t eat it until about 30 minutes after I got it, it was still hot! The rice is really fluffy and the veggies were fresh and steamy. I didn’t realize there wouldn’t be a teriyaki sauce if I didn’t get the chicken, but it was good nonetheless. Price wasn’t bad, for a #4 and the bowl it was under $25.

If I can give zero Stars I would! I walked in manager looked at me and said I’ll be right with you I came in because there was six or seven cars in the Drive-Thru I watched them help all seven cars plus 2 others and still did not help me and the other gentleman in the lobby. I said hello is there a manager she said oh sorry about that what can I get for you??
I looked around and most of the tables were dirty . Crumbs everywhere. Chairs everywhere .Clearly doesn’t get cleaned regularly and they lack customer service.

FAVORITE: #3 Smash Bacon Beef Butter Burger Combo Meal.
Server is very professional, and she works fast. I watched her move between customers, tasks, transactions, and she impressed me. She apologized to each customer for the delay of food delivery (it comes out 5 minutes if not over), and she apologized to me also – she said the burgers are still being prepared (total wait time of 15 minutes). My tolerance went above and beyond because of this server’s communicative conduct. I appreciated her performance, therefore, was able to wait, grateful to her professionalism. I wish this young lady will be promoted to management and triplicate¹⁰⁰⁰ herself.
Front House: some customers left their table in a mess, dirty. I was surprised to find one teenage customer sitting in another table get up and CLEANED what the other customers left behind! I was beyond happy to experience this positive energy at this Store. I hope to see and experience it again on our return.
