Great subs you can’t mess up a sandwich especially when someone else makes it for you. Now the issue I had was with the man taking my to go order at about 7:45p. When I asked if the subs come toasted, he told me all of our subs come toasted unless you want us to not cook the food. The nice man next to him gave me a simple answer I was looking for “yes”. I thought maybe I took it the wrong way. After my order I told him I’d pay cash and I turned to the TV while he finished the order. When I turned to look at him he had his hand out without telling me my total. I checked my total and said it out loud and I asked if it was correct. He confirmed then handed me my receipt, dollars, and coins in one hand and when i tried to take it all at once he hesitated?? Like do I take it one at a time?? I thought they count the change out loud and hand it to you before the receipt. After the awkward stared down of me trying to put it all in my wallet, i actualy got my sub pretty fast. I get the attitude if they were about to close but they had an hr and 14 min. Chat am I trippin?

I made my order online Saturday before I made it to the store. I waited over 20 mins for a order that was suppose to be done by the time I got there I understood it was 4 other people waiting. I went to the counter to ask for a cup of water while 2 men LITERALLY walked back and forth like I wasn’t standing at the register so I walked off after about 4 mins of looking dumb. I think I rather driver to a further location then to deal with thay type of rude service especially when I spend my hard earn money there especially waiting 25 mins pass your meal while the kitchen smoke is burning your eyes lol smh

Was excited about coming to get our subs for lunch. The gentleman at the register was really nice! I did notice however that two ladies were sneezing into the air. That was making the sandwiches (Turned head up into air) Had me a bit concerned and it was unsanitary! I said I will say an extra prayer before eating them! ( They should have sneezed in their shirt or sleeve and washed hands and changed gloves!)
Get home and sit down to eat and then I heard a sigh I’m like what! There was a long hair in the steak & cheese sandwich. GROSS So that ruined that moment and I had to give up half of my sandwich since the other person couldn’t eat theirs! So Very Disappointing! And traffic was a beast to drive back today to get it replaced! Food service is not the way it use to be for sure!
I won’t be back for a while !

I havent eaten here before that I can remember, But OMG I have been missing out. This place has one of the best Sandwiches and Subs I have ever seen. I had a Pepperoni Pizza Meatball sub and my wife had a smoke house beef and cheddar brisket. These are definitely worth the money. Also the Gentleman Mac was super friendly and has a really nice attitude. If you ever make it out to this store make sure to see Mac.

11-8-25 ordered Thanksgiving stuffing sub. It had no cranberry sauce at all. Called store and person that answer was totally clueless. Lead came to phone stated no stores have cranberry sauce or gravy. Yes I ordered online but someone should state when order is picked up that there is no cranberry available.

Visited recently for dinner, purchased a sub combo. Food came out quick, was fresh and hot. Everything had good flavor. I even made a change to my order (added 3 toppings) after it was placed and they got it right.
Will definitely return again. They are quick, and get orders correct, something other places cant seemingly accomplish.
