If you’re looking for an amazing roast beef sandwich then this is the restaurant for you! Look at the photo I posted with this review… This is the junior roast beef sandwich. It cost only $7. It was huge, and the roast beef was medium rare just the way it should be. The workers are very friendly, and courteous. Best roast beef sandwich in all of Lowell. Guaranteed. Keep up the great work Jillies. See you again soon.

It was hot from the oven. Tasted great! Mazerella cheese dripping from each slice.

I placed an order over the phone for two Alfredo pastas and one chicken Parm and an order of Greek fries with extra feta when I got in store to pick up my order and pay for my order. I was told to wait a few minutes, which was fine and once I got home, we tried the food. The chicken Parm was all right. The chicken and steak Alfredo went straight to the trash. It taste like canned Alfredo sauce. It was so thick and disgusting something, and it was sour almost as if it was old and bitter, and the Greek fries did not have extra feta or oil on them. The garlic bread that came with the pasta was not edible either it was as hard it was a rock This was super upsetting. Will definitely not be returning

Jillie’s roast beef has been a staple at this location for many years. They are now a part of the Santoro’s family of restaurants and the menu is greatly expanded here at Jillie’s there’s something for everyone. If you have not been in a while come back in and check it out. I just went Friday night. So very happy I did, so good!

First visit here today. The combos are a decent deal (sub, small fries and your choice of drink). We got one with hot pastrami and one with roast beef. The sandwiches and steak fries were pretty tasty. However, I thought she quoted me one price and then told me another. When I later checked the receipt stapled to my bag, I confirmed my suspicion. It showed a credit card processing fee of 3%. Since mid 2024, Massachusetts explicitly prohibits credit card surcharges.

I loved the steak fries, and although the onion rings weren’t my favorite style, they were still tasty and delicious. It was also not greasy which is a plus!
The steak and cheese was a huge portion and just as tasty. I can not wait to try the chunk style next time!

I come here constantly, I am typically pleased with food. Sammie, the cashier, is amazing, understanding and sympathetic. She cannot be replaced. However, today I unwrapped this monstrosity. Condiments are so overwhelming and the cheese has been shifted to one side of the burger. I ate in, I did not travel so therefore I ask, how did the cheese slide from counter to table? I got 2-3 bites out of it and was basically covered in all the sauces from the burger. Sammie refunded me and expressed that this was unacceptable. The manager came out when were leaving and asked if I wanted a replacement. We. Were. Leaving. I said perhaps your employees should care a bit more about the quality of the work they produce and not wrap up the food for an additional quality inspection before serving the customer.
