We had an excellent dinner here. I had the crab cake sandwich, which was a quality lump crab meat with no fillers. Perfection. My husband and son both had the lobster roll, which was also delicious. They only offer key lime pie for dessert, and when it’s this good that’s all they need to offer! This is a very small place tucked in an unremarkable strip of shops, but the food is fantastic. We came early for dinner, but I’d say you should make a reservation if eating later. We will most definitely eat here every time we visit Siesta Key.

We found this hidden little gem by searching for a fresh seafood restaurant yesterday. We were celebrating my birthday and all I wanted was some fresh, quality seafood. So we got there early and to our surprise it was pretty much reservations only with a few bar stools open. Kristen our server talked us in to staying, so we sat at the bar. Our food was amazing we had a crab cake dinner (no fillers here) and lightly blackened Cobia. Both were cooked to perfection. They also brought over a slice of their key lime pie (which I am not fond of), it was also very good. Kristen our server kept checking on us to make sure we were good. I highly recommend this little best kept secret. Nothing fancy, just great seafood!

We enjoyed our time at Fresh Catch Fish Market. My wife started with the side Caesar salad which she enjoyed. I had the fresh catch fish sandwich. I went with the mahi mahi, sandwich was very good could tell the fish was fresh. I just got it grilled as well so the fish was the star of the show. The coleslaw was very bland, not my favorite. My buddy got the fish tacos, he said they were good. His potatoes looked good as well. My wife got the happy snapper wrap which was really really good we both enjoyed it. Her rice again was very plain and had no flavor. We were talked into the key lime pie which was the first time I’ve had it so not sure what to compare it to. It was solid not my favorite thing but don’t think I’d love any key lime pie. Service was very nice, but to get our checks and pay had to ask multiple times to get them then had to go up and pay after the waitress never came back. Very odd especially as we were the only ones in the place at the end. Would go back for the fish but wouldn’t get sides or anything else. The vibes were cool with the market as well as cafe, enjoyed being able to see the fish in the display case and people coming in and buying.

I got the snow crab, and it was amazing, possibly best crab legs I’ve ever had. The lobster roll was also phenomenal. I would come back again, and would say best, fresh seafood in the Siesta Key area. Hidden gem for sure.

We ate outside at a lovely shaded table. Waitress was a delight. Food was exceptional with every part of the meal. Chesapeake oysters were fresh and delicious with lemon and cocktail sauce with ample horse radish. Crabcake was all crabmeat, lightly sautéed with remoulade sauce. Chopped salad was perfect. My partner’s brisket burger was substantial and the best he’s had anywhere. Finally we finished with fresh, key lime pie and that was the best we’ve had anywhere. So, a great meal overall. Thank you.

This is a little dive in a strip mall! DO NOT JUDGE THIS BOOK BY ITS COVER! FANTASTIC FOOD AND SERVICE!! This place was a very pleasant surprise. We went into an almost empty restaurant and we’re asked if we had reservations No we dont, they found us a table thankfully! And sure enough 10 minutes later the place was packed!! And those 5 kids were moving fast!! CONGRATULATIONS ON PROVIDING US A 5 STAR EXPIERIENCE!! We will be back!!

Came in for lunch,it was our first time and we were the first arrivals. So I can’t say too much about the vibe but the phone was ringing quite a bit for dinner reservations. We enjoyed quite a bit and the oysters were wonderful. The bisque as well. We went with fresh fish plates. As we began to finish it started to pick up. I would certainly return good food!
