I ordered at kiosk and the only human “interaction” was the person who put the order on the counter and said the number and walked away. I didn’t even have my number because a receipt didn’t print. I see a small bag on top of the hotcakes and Wei fly assumed it had the hash browns in it. I get all the way to my mom’s to bring her breakfast and no 2.39 hash browns? And you can only go back to get a refund? Reason 893 why I haven’t been to McDonalds in a decade. And I used to work at this location where the people were friendly and worked hard and, can you imagine, made eye contact with customers. Mistakes happen but make it easier to fix them, please.

I ordered a Big Mac through the app with no pickles. I went to pick it up and when I got back to work I realized only half the sandwich was made. The entire top half with the exception of the bun was missing. I took it back to have them remake it and they made it the exact same way again. When I brought it to the attention of the front counter girl, she refused to make it correctly for a THIRD TIME, and said we have someone new in the back training. She then just stared at me like I was the idiot for wanting what I paid for. This place has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Everyone makes mistakes, but when you respond to a mistake like this, you should be fired. What a freaking joke this place is. Attached is the picture of my half made Big Mac. It was somehow my fault and my problem.

I don’t normally go to McDonald’s for breakfast. But a commercial came on at five in the morning, and I thought mcmuffins.. well LFG,, Mcd’s opens at six in the morning. 6:03am,,, I’m in the parking lot ready… There’s one car before me. I ordered $10 worth of stuff. Go go to the drive through, pay a lady.. as she’s handing me, the bag. It ripps.. my dreams crushed as the bag falls to the ground. Without hesitation, she looks at the guy and says, Tom. We need another 1…2 minutes later or less hands me another bag. I had picked up all the stuff off the ground by then, Not to litter, but it was -13f outside. And I didn’t want the older lady out there. Picking stuff up! She looks at me with all confidence and says. Are you ready! I took that bag like it was a Pot of Gold under a lucky charm. 10 outta 10 will be back.. that’s customer service.. legit

Had a great experience dining in! The restaurant was very clean thanks to Lindsey! The entire time I was there she was cleaning tables, floors, straightening shakes, and making sure I was enjoying my meal. Give her a raise!!!

I went here to pick up the grinch meal for lunch. As it was displayed on the McDonald’s sign. Went thru drive thru found out its sold out. If thats the case…take it off the sign. Instead of saying you have it, say your sold out. Fix your supply chain

I’d wait for my food, which is normal for what I get. They told me spot three because one and two head cars. As I was waiting for my food, the Employee tried to wave me down and told me I needed to drive over to spot one. Which how am I supposed to pull from spot 3 to 1 in that parking lot? She just refused to walk any further to my car basically not want to leave the sidewalk not even willing to meet me halfway if I pulled my car. Then realize she gave my food to the car and spot too after she opened my bag and then I realized my fries were Half filled. Normally, this is my go to McDonald’s cause it’s close to home and convenient but any more just seems like everyone’s moody and 1/3 of my orders either gets mixed up or very sloppy.

Went through to get a pop. The pop came out and tasted like there was no syrup in it. The pop was also only 3/4th filled. This has been the 4th or 5th time I’ve gone through and it’s been like this.

Actively showing a worker the code on my phone to get an order. And their only response was” it is invalid” . Maybe try and figure out the problem by doing your job. Location sucks!

Every single table was dirty and had piles of crumbs/food underneath each one. It looked like they hadn’t cleaned the inside in days to weeks. The grossest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.
