Update: not sure why the owner responded with “reach out directly (meaning call the location) for further assistance” when in other negative reviews (photo) you are providing an email to resolve the service issue. We wrote in our review that this location is telling customers that “no supervisor is on duty” when you call in about a problem with an order. They won’t resolve an issue. Added the photo that shows a review where owner is providing an email for assistance. Wow!
Original review: This location delivers warm 20 oz bottles of soda when you order delivery. We couldn’t drink them with our hot pizza. Called this location to see if they do a free complementary drink at a later delivery date, which most Round Tables do if anything is wrong with your order. Surprisingly, they said our order didn’t exist. They also said no supervisor was on duty and would not do anything to resolve the issue. So, If you’re ordering delivery at this location, they will deliver warm drinks. Heads up!

This was hands down the worst pizza I’ve ever had. I ordered a Chicken Garlic Pizza without chicken and what I got was a soggy disaster. The veggies were raw and thrown on top of a doughy, undercooked mess. It was like they didn’t even care. To make it worse, this pathetic excuse for a pizza cost me $41! The most expensive Round Table I’ve ever been to, and for garbage. Total rip-off. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Save your money and go somewhere else!

I stop going to the Round table location on Grand Ave because it was very often they will mess up my order. I came to this location and they did better. Still struggling with getting a pizza with light cheese. Out of 3 times they get one right. Tonight my son, who loves Round Table pepperoni pizza asked me to get some, so I order a half pepperoni with light cheese and half chicken and garlic gourmet. I trusted they will do it right well disappointed they put lots of cheese on the pepperoni side. I even specified very little cheese since my son can’t really eat cheese. So they put probably the normal amount. We love the pizza for sure but how come we can’t get a pizza with light cheese? You can see the pictures we removed all the cheese so he could eat it.

The pizza ranges from bad to fairly OK, and they seem to be doing better with the toppings quantities and the pizza quality and overall (toppings out to the edge, no massive amount of crust). The salad bar is consistently clean and hygienic. There is no draft beer anymore. The prices are not good unless you have coupons. But the thing that really dings this place is the staff, who struggle with the basic functions of taking and fulfilling orders in an accurate and timely way.
