Worst Zaxby’s in the history of the world! Place the mobile order & asked a friend to pick it up due to a sick child. Friend, write it forever in drive-through and Zaxby’s left out half of the food & all the sauces Will not make good on this!!! Drive thru only. Took 10 minutes from payment to food delivery. Supposedly tossed in sauce was basically dry. Ask for ketchup – none Had to walk back to the drive window to get them. Not the worst Zaxby’s experience ever but close. AND the toast was burnt!

TERRIBLE! The lobby was destroyed. The people that worked in this establishment were all miserable. No one at all smiled once. They got our food wrong not once not twice. But three solid times. We finally gave up asking. The food made my entire family sick. Still sick currently from eating lunch here today ! Totally disgusted. Only snapped one pic. Highly advise against this location. Again you can clearly see in the pic that the people
Working at this establishment do not care at all. They were not busy. No excuse for such a sloppy restaurant. We even had to wipe our own table down!!! And the people that worked here allowed it instead of doing it themselves.

Waited 30 minutes for my chicken. I expect better than that when you have such a small menu. Food wasn’t even fresh.
Update, went back today 1/4/20 and the food came out quickly but the restaurant was a mess.

I am a big fan of Zaxbys. But this particular location at this particular time was my worst experience. I dined in today and everything I received minus cheddar bites was cold. I don’t like confrontation but fast food does not mean I want my food fast and cold, especially if I’m dining in. That mean I have time to wait for hot fresh food. Even the coke machine didn’t have a lot of options because they were out. There are too many similar chicken fast food locations around for regional brand to be this way. Hopefully next visit will be better whenever that may be.

My wife and I have ate here several time and ever single time has progressively gotten worse. After this time we will by-pass this one at all cost. To start this last experience, the front counter guy who took our order looked VERY unprofessional. Your visor belongs on your head not a necklace. Next when we went to sit down every single table was completely filthy. There’s PILES of trash in the floor. My feet were sticking to the floors they were so nasty. The last major issue I had is my fries were all but raw. I don’t appreciate my fries being cooked under the 8 mins it takes. Not 7, not 6. 8 mins. To say the least who ever reads this, eat here at your own risk.

This restaurant had excellent food and service, but the facilities desperately need some maintenance. The drink machine was surrounded by water and ice. I’m not sure if it was leaking or what, but it’s a liability, especially without the wet floor sign. This also caused the floors in the dining room to be sticky. We went to four different tables as two were dirty and dingy. The third seemed like it was about to fall off the holder. This zaxbys must have been here for decades or something without any upkeep because this one is rough looking. Trash cans outside were overflowing and smelled horrible. we almost turned away because of that, but im glad we gave it a shot. The staff was friendly, and the food was excellent.
