Definitely disappointing service. Stopped here every morning for breakfast but last two times was charged for one thing and got something totally different. Guess it’s time to find a new place for breakfast. Maybe stripes cashiers should stick to stripes. And let laredo employees prepare the food.

Ughh, not good at all today! I went for the enchiladas and they said they didn’t have them today. I drove 20 mins to get there and no enchiladas. Anyway, I ordered 2 orders of street tacos and their new shrimp Diablas plate. The street tacos were NOT street tacos, it was just their regular meats put in corn tortillas. The meat was dry. The shrimp diablas was barely edible. Mostly peppers and onions hardly any shrimp and the shrimp were rubbery! I also ordered a barbacoa taco and it was fine. That is why they get 2 stars. ONE taco out of my entire order was decent!

I frequently order breakfast tacos from this place ahead of time online and my orders are 5/10 not completed before arrival , id say 10 minutes between the order and arrival time, which would be understandable if there was heavy traffic for them order wise.. but when I arrive there’s nobody there waiting for orders; so I’m left to assume they just ignored it…
Today I went in and ordered from the cashier who was washing dishes and did NOT change her gloves at any point during my encounter.. from washing dishes to the register to flipping Tortillas and loading them with eggs..

I bought breakfast tacos and later lunch tacos from this place. The first time the order was ok. Very mediocre tacos, nothing to be excited about. The second time, I tried beef, chicken & brisket tacos and some quesadillas. I nearly gave a good review except that this morning I decided to eat the last of my tacos (just 1 day old in the fridge) and I immediately got food poisoning within an hour of eating it. I had a sneaking suspicion in one of the other tacos that the tomatoes were bad but this sealed it for me. I wont be recommending this place to anyone. Apparently their meat & vegetables arent very fresh or well cared for.

This is such an amazing restaurant, with some true angels running the store. I had ordered some tacos for my sons Christmas party at school through door dash. Door dash unfortunately was not able to find someone to pick them up to deliver them to his school. I called Laredo taco company and told them of my issue. The amazingly sweet staff delivered it to my sons daycare for me since I was at work. They are true angels and helped me with this catastrophe that was brought on by door dash. Delicious tacos, amazing staff! If you ladies Are reading this thank you so much for helping this momma out!

Their tacos are less to be desired. The flour tortillas are very good, but the fillings such as the bacon and egg are really lacking. I honestly thought they forgot the bacon but it was so minimal that I couldn’t taste it. Furthermore, their service depends on how busy are. The times I’ve visited, their are only two employees serving.

Went there today at 11am. Stopped in to grab a taco on the go. They were not very busy at all maybe 3 people orders in front of me. They literally took 48min to make me up 2 tacos. Food already cooked just sitting there. No reason to take that long. They were just incredibly slow and you could tell they couldn’t care any less about it.

Drove from Austin to get some some Laredo tacos.. Employees are very respectful and friendly. Tacos were horrible, egg was overcooked, salsas more like tomato sauce. Laredo taco Co., You need to train your employees better, those “tortillas* are a disgrace to flour tortillas. I know how great your tacos can be, I used to live in the RGB were tacos are just plain amazing.

This is NOT the place to go when you’re on a time limit. It took 20 minutes to get my food. The issue was the tacos where made when an order was placed , it was so time consuming for her. There were so many people waiting. I ordered two tacos, five minutes later a woman came in and ordered one taco and somehow she got her’s before me. I got the bean and cheese taco and a potato, egg and cheese taco which was a simple order…. I wish they had more salsa options cause I do not like the red one they have.

First, we noticed that they don’t actually make much even though their menu says otherwise. The employees are rude. We have gone many times over the last few months. They are all rude. Especially one older lady with glasses and a guy named wolf. They act as if you are bothering them if you want to order food. Lately, a few guys at work have gotten sick from their food. I thought they were kidding. But the last two tests I got sick like food poisoning. Not sure what they are doing. Old eggs maybe?? I would think twice about going there.
