rude lady with a neck tattoo was whining about my order because she was supposed to get off at 1:30, then started doing online orders, even though I was standing there – looking straight at her. she slopped my order together and had another work finish. I work next door, eat there 4 times a week…

I work near, so I’ve given them two more chances. this place is worse than the tacobell on east 10th. 4 of my worst food experiences in this city all happened here. absolutely terrible, horrible, and disgusting. Worst management in town. I can’t believe how consistently bad this place is. it’s honestly sad.

Pancheros has really gone down the drain. Used to go multiple times a week but I think I’m done now. Portions are smaller, if you do a mobile order they will screw something up 100% of the time. Consider whatever ingredients you want to be a vague suggestion. Consistency used to be amazing but it’s just not there anymore. They also nerfed the rewards and don’t have as many promotions. Go somewhere else or just cook at home.

Got an entire bowl of rice. Not one bean. Ordered chicken, extra chicken, and steak. Got maybe a scoop of chicken. Very disappointed. Picture is when bowl was first opened.

Paying $14 for EXTRA chicken means you (consistenly) get 10 tiny cubes of chicken. Skip this garbage restaurant and go to Qdoba.

Everyone was very friendly, warm, and welcoming. The issue was not the staff friendliness (indeed, the staff is the only reason this isn’t 1 star!)
The food left much to be desired. After months and months and months of driving past Pancheros and dreaming of the delicious burritos they brag about, I was very let down. The tortilla was the best part but everything else was a let down. The rice was undercooked and a bit “hard” (?), the “steak” was grissly pieces of cartilage, and the burrito was assembled in such a way that by the time I was a few bites in, I had already eaten all the good stuff and I was left with the aforementioned sad rice.
Of course, I don’t expect fine cuisine from fast casual but I do expect a solid burrito that would make the chain across the street (hint, it rhymes with “UDoba”) nervous.
All in all, I am disappointed. But maybe I caught them on a bad day or was there at a bad time. In the end, though, thankfully, there’s more to life than burritos!
