Cedar Coffee Company serves excellent coffee and food and is a regular stop for travelers and locals. Cedar Coffee Company is such a gem of a coffee shop, tucked into the woods with a peaceful patio and large windows that flood the space with natural light. The drinks are delicious, the cardamom latte was especially good and they also offer baked goods and ice cream, which is a fun bonus. A cozy, welcoming spot that feels perfectly in tune with its North Shore setting.

Had the brown sugar rosemary flavor in the cold brew and of all the coffee shops I’ve been to it was by far the BEST coffee I’ve ever had! Staff was very friendly, and the place was very busy. Super cute outdoor area with a very woodsy vibe. I only wish I lived closer, I’d go everyday!

Had been wanting to try out this “coffee shop in the woods” for awhile and it did not disappoint. The food was so good and fresh and made to order. We tried the red hash and cranberry turkey sandwich. Highly recommend both although the hash did have a bit of kick to it so just be aware of that! The brown sugar + rosemary latte was so good. All of their syrups were homemade except for the SF vanilla. They also had smoothies, beer and wine, and plenty of breakfast and lunch options.
There was a fire going outside and plenty of seating inside with free wifi. Really liked the atmosphere there. It’s connected to a bike shop and by a trail so you can head there before or after you’re food and drinks!

OMG MY HUBBY PROPOSED TO ME HERE AND IT WAS SO AMAZING!!! The employees helped us take so many cute photos and they let him have the perfect spot near the window! I couldnt ask for a better day!! Everyone was so amazing and friendly!!

The location is great and is awesome when it is nice outside with the seating in the woods. The distance from Duluth is perfect if you want to go up the North Shore and stop for coffee on the way. I would give it 5 stars but the lack of unique flavors is what is holding go me back. It has basic items that don’t change often and you can find at most coffee places.

The lattes, croissants, and pain au chocolat were perfect and delicious and every single person working there was so welcoming and friendly… But also, there’s just a happy vibe that everyone behind the counter had… With anyone visiting and with each other too.
The seating is appealing and you can be inside or outside in a beautiful, natural area. What a great place! If I lived closer, that’s where I would go all the time!

Their coffees are amazing. Had the vanilla latte, mocha latte, and skinny vanilla latte, and all were delicious. Love the atmosphere and the seating areas. One indoor and outdoor area in front and back. Some people even had their dogs outside and enjoying their drinks. A lot of hikers and bikers had stopped to get their caffeine and also seemed to enjoy the cafe. They also had vegan ice cream options. Had a little gift shop to buy souvenirs or trinkets. Would recommend!
