Line looked way longer than it actually turned out to be whoever’s working today-Great teamwork, timely, fries are hot and fresh, and service was very fast and Most importantly everything was in the bag. Lady in the drive-through seems really good at her job. I don’t typically leave fast food reviews, but feel like guys earned it! Maybe i just like wendys, but appreciate it!

I visited this Wendy’s around 1 PM on Sunday for a quick lunch and placed a mobile order for two kids’ meals, two regular meals, and one chili.
When we picked it up, one kids’ meal and the chili were missing. We were dining in, sitting right in front of the counter, so I went up and mentioned it.
Instead of apologizing, the staff said, “I saw our employee put it in, but I’ll just give it to you.” — which came off as quite rude.
Mistakes happen, but the attitude really matters. On top of that, some of the customized items and paid add-ons were missing too.
I didn’t want to make a scene, so I just let it go, but this experience was really disappointing. I hope they can work on better attention to orders and customer service.

Ordered the new mozzarella chicken and mozzarella burger meals asked for more sauce and was told had to pay for if there was hardly any on the sandwiches to begin with they were dry. Then there was trash all over the place puddles on the floor by the soda machine I had to wipe a table so we could sit and eat this wendys location has gone down hill

I visited here on Veterans Day to collect my freebies. Since the dining room is not open until 0900, I ordered my food going to the drive thru–Breakfast Baconator combo (photo, $7.06 value) was the complimentary offer of the day, but coffee was not available for some reason. Very fast service–my food was brought out to my car. Thank you Wendy’s for your wonderful support of Veterans. We do appreciate your generosity and commitment.

The restaurant was really dirty and there was a homeless person in the back of the restaurant just sitting there. None of the tables were clean and the walls and floor were dirty as well. Needs a good cleaning.

I have always found Wendy’s to be quite consistent wherever you go. I was sad to find out the Wendy’s near me does not hold up to that. The fries were stale and the chicken was not even whole making me question how old it was before being served. I won’t be returning.

The staff is friendly and the food is great! If I had gotten take out I would have given more stars but I ate there and I wish I had not. There was trash on the floor, food spilled on every table and some seats were damaged. Never going to dine in again! Get take out or go elsewhere!
