First time trying a Mexico Lindo location and I was thoroughly impressed. The service was honestly the best part of the experience. We felt so welcome. But the food was very fulfilling and the menu had plenty of options for anyone, vegetarians included. Our favorite was the shrimp poblano corn chowder. It was so flavorful. The lunch menu was also a welcome surprise. Normal prices and normal portion sizes. I wanted to go back the next day, that’s how much I enjoyed myself.

Recent renovations are great for the atmosphere but I’ve had issues with the food. Two friends I’ve brought here have complained about the quality of the chicken and sent food back. I usually get tacos and tonight I ordered on GrubHub – I didn’t get either salsa or the jalapeños I ordered, there were no limes, and the ingredient portions in the tacos were extremely different. I really want to like this place but they need to tighten up quality control.

Absolutely the best Mexican restaurant in town!
The food is fresh, flavorful, and full of that real Mexican soul you can’t fake. The tacos are my all-time favorites — especially the carne asada ones . Everything tastes homemade, like someone actually cares (because they do!).
And let’s talk about the service — Laura, our server, was incredible! She was so kind, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. You can tell she loves what she does. Honestly, the whole experience was 10/10 from start to finish. Highly recommend if you want delicious food, good vibes, and the kind of service that makes you feel at home.

Mexican restaurant geared towards the American customer. Nice bar counter and booths. The lunch specials are value-priced, ample portion sizes and fast service. The calamari was particularly good and not the typical rubber ring offering. Would return. Easy and ample parking.

Ordered the chunky grocmole and it definitely was chunky unfortunately too chunky for my taste and there was much needed salt. Also ordered the hard shell steak tacos which was good (even though it was missing half of my toppings)! The shell was so fresh however this place does not have crumbling cheese no queso fresco which was disappointing, but it was good. My husband enjoyed the beans. The rice was bland slightly undercooked and not season whatsoever. The chips and salsa, chips fantastic so fresh and light. The salsa decent, carries a little heat. Overall its not bad, but not the greatest Mexican restaurant we’ve had.

We have lots of authentic Mexican food options in the metro area, but México Lindo stands out for truly luscious flavors. I had a mix-n-mattch 3 taco plate with one steak al carbón, one birria, and one “western” with smoked brisket corn/bean relish and sweet chipotle sauce. All three were truly excellent, although the rice and beans are forgettable. My wife jad a Lindo bowl with grilled chicken, and our son beef nachos, both also superb.
Portions are very large, although some prices haven’t been updated on the menus so we had a minor surprise on the bill…but overall value for $$$ still great.
Our server was pleasant but a little forgetful, and we did have to ask several times for little things like ice water. Still, overall a great meal and reasonable value. Definitely recommend.

This was our second visit. I came with some friends for a birthday celebration per the birthday girl’s request because we loved the 1st visit so much. The food, the drinks, the service, and the service was all on point! Bonus, you can get margaritas canned and to-go!!

We went to dinner on Friday night with friends and decided to try the newly opened Mexico Lindo. They have done an excellent job of refurbishing the old Tijuana Joe’s restaurant. It looks newer brighter, fresher on the interior and even the chairs that they bought are amazingly comfortable . This is such an upgrade to the location.
With regards to the food, everything they brought was delicious. I mistakenly ordered something healthy (a bowl) but it was excellent nonetheless. Some key stand outs were the tortilla chips which were light and crispy and the queso with puréed jalapeños.
What really completed the excellent experience was how friendly the servers were and how nice the overall staff is to you from the time you walk in the door. Our service was quick and complete and overall we just had a great time.
