Really good place! The atmosphere is nice and the staff was very welcoming. The protein shake I received had an amazing taste and great portion. My only minor complaint would be the price, about $12 for a protein shake, however the portion size well makes up for it. If there was smaller size options this would be a 10/10!

The protein waffle and vanilla iced coffee were so good! I was so impressed with how tasty and delicious the waffle was and good for you full of protein! The owners Brian and Denise are so sweet and welcoming! I would definitely recommend to friends and family!

This place is a gem in Hialeah Gardens. My 2 year old and I always feel so welcomed when we enter this establishment. Not only is this a great environment for families but we can eat their menu without feeling guilty about it. It’s a comfort knowing that when my daughter eats their protein donuts she is getting the nutrition she needs. It’s a once a week must for us to visit this place! Thankyou Oye!
