Saw reviews about bland taste, they were right super bland. That would not normally give a 1 star for that but half way through my burrito i found a 4 inch piece of plastic inside the burrito, when I called the phone line would only let you make and order not talk to anyone so it just disconnects. First time, last time.

Customer service was great. Food wasn’t all that great. Had the veggie burrito, veggie taco dinner and veggie torta while dining in. Place was very clean and green, however, the food lacked flavor. Need some more ingredients in the veggie items other than lettuce, tomato and sour cream. The tacos came with avocado, side of rice and beans. Also tried the Horchata which was a little too much sugar than I would expect in such a drink.

Finally got to try this place. Loved the authentic tortillas it’s hard to find these around here.
Al Pastor was delicious & when I asked for no onions I only found one. The other joints always ignore me & put too many on my tacos. Anyway thank you for respecting that.
The burrito was really good. OH there green salsa definitely looks different but it’s SO good & spicy.
Horchata was authentic. Definitely will come back & lastly the girl was very sweet. Very good customer service.

I moved and wanted a good, close by, authentic Mexican food place to go to. I gave this place a try, and now I’ve been there 4 times in the last 2 weeks. The food is good and it’s good because they use quality ingredients. I’ve had the steak torta and steak burrito so far and enjoyed both items enough to keep going back. I recommend this place for some real good Mexican food. Quality food. Enjoy.

Portion sizes have gotten smaller, Chipotle burritos are bigger with the same quality and lower price. Service workers are a bit rude, but at least the tortas & hibiscus tea are good.

Found this place at the last minute. Almost missed it because the sign was so small. Anyways, My family was STARVING! & Our food was ready in 5 minutes’ Authentic and flavorful. If we’re ever back in this area we will definitely be returning. SO GOOD!

The food was delicious. The space clean, good space, and decorations. Nice to go with family and friends. The service was really cool. It was our first experience at a Cilantro taco grill Elgin. The restrooms clean and good olor. The customer service is priority. Chiken tacos amaizing size and flavor.
