The Los Azteca…was nicely furnished with comfy booths and bar seating.
It was around 4 p.m. on my visit. I heard another patron ask about “happy hour”. While I did not quite understand the answer….a HH would be a real nice addition to an already positive experience.
The staff was noticably neat and also welcoming. However, I was taking my meal home, and had to convey that I wanted to enjoy⏳ my cold in a “frosty” before ordering.
The chips were warm and amazing…I got over the ️of the salsa.
My meal (burrito) WAS a 4⭐, but the large dollup of sour cream I asked for was missing. That said, I believe they will make up for it later.
Menu items can substitute shredded beef. (This is a great upgrade, since I surely get enough ground beef at home.)
The meal was well sealed in a sturdy tin covered pan.
The Fajita burrito looked really good. Here’s hoping that the margaritas pass muster.
I intend to return real soon !

Ok this place is really good. My 2 sons (15 and 10) and my oldest’s friend(16) stopped here on our way into town on a Friday night early December. The parking lot was packed but inside had plenty of space. The normal chips with your meal Mexican restaurant. I had the 2 chimichangas with beans and everything was phenomenal. My youngest had the chicken nuggets and said that they were good, all of the boys raved about the fries. Our server and the other staff were great and attentive. The bathroom was hidden or I didn’t see the sign but it was clean. We had a great experience and definitely will go back.

It was our first time here. The food was excellent. Service was super fast and accommodating to menu adjustments. The golden marguerita was delish. I wish we lived closer! We will be back when we are back visiting! Ps. Be sure to order the chunky guac! It’s chef’s kiss delish!

This was a last minute, surprise dinner visit, and we were presently surprised. The restaurant looks amazing inside. Staff were welcoming. The salsa was ridiculously good. I got the pineapple fajita and it was fantastic, with a good portion. The line margarita was delicious, and my wife was raving about her food as well.

Stopped there on Saturday. We’re seated immediately. Took orders in a timely manner. From there it was all downhill. Food was slow to come. The dinners that were supposed to have tortillas didn’t have them. Finally brought one person theirs but not the other two. One other person got theirs but not the other one. Finally got the last tortillas after she was done eating. Never came around to ask how things were or for drink refills. Over all a bad experience. Would not recommend. Noticed most of the good reviews are from years ago.

I ordered the fried burrito ala cart.
It was full of shredded chicken with a red sauce and cheese sauce on top. I would have preferred it fried longer than it was because I could only tell it was fried on the very outside edges.
Great service, great food, free chips with plenty of salsa.
