For a chain, I was impressed with nearly everything on the menu. Quality stuff. Mahi tacos and coconut shrimp were well above average. The drinks were great and there were a lot to choose from. Bonus points for having a painkiller on the menu. Zero complaints and would go back in a heartbeat.

Bahama Breeze is the ideal spot for a fun meal with friends or family. The Caribbean-inspired food is consistently delicious, and the prices are fair for the quality. We especially appreciated the fantastic service—our waiter was attentive, and the hostess was exceptionally warm and welcoming both coming and going, which makes a big difference. The atmosphere is vibrant and the restaurant is spotless. Highly recommend a visit.

I have always been a huge fan of Bahama Breeze, and I’m disheartened to hear that some locations, including this one, are closing on April 5th. My husband and I stopped by this location, hoping for the exceptional service we’ve experienced in the past at other locations, but unfortunately, our visit fell short.
I was especially looking forward to enjoying a piña colada, only to find out that the machine was down. When my entrée arrived, I was disappointed to find food residue stuck to the plate that didn’t belong to my meal—quite off-putting. Additionally, the table next to us also noticed food on the sides of their cups, which indicates that cleaning standards may not be being met for plates, cups, and utensils.
On top of that, my husband had to use plastic cutlery instead of the metal silverware provided. The manager was apologetic and did remove my entrée from the bill, but no further discounts were offered. I also noticed that the piña coladas I didn’t receive were still included in the bill along with the replacement drinks, so we had to send the receipt back for clarification.
This location is one of the most beautiful Bahama Breeze establishments I’ve ever visited, complete with a lovely fire pit and an inviting open space that makes dining feel enchanting. However, the overall service experience was far from what I expected. Based on this visit, I regret to say that I will not be returning.

The food menu has changed, and it is definitely for the better. It had changed years ago, and it wasn’t all that good until now. The new menu definitely offers better food with much better taste to it. We made it in for happy hour, and I can definitely say it won’t be the last time. The place was packed, and we still had pretty good service. Food came out quick and was really good. It does lean towards the seafood side a bit. So if you like seafood it will be really enjoyable. If you don’t, they do still offer other options. I wouldn’t have recommended them before, but I will say I do now.

We decided to have dinner here today and what a nice treat. We were greeted by Ari who sat us and took our drink and appetizer order even though she was a hostess…thank you for your warm welcome and taking care of us for the entire night. The manager Franz came to check on us, welcomed us and chatted with us for awhile, what a nice thing to care to do. Our margaritas and shrimp appetizer were wonderful and our dinner were hot and delicious, Ari came to our table frequently to check on us we had a great experience! We had not been to Bahama Breeze in years and we will definitely be back and make sure Ari takes care of us, she was an outstanding “server!”

I placed an online order with Bahama Breeze at 5:06 PM, with a stated pickup time of 5:45 PM — a 40-minute wait, which the business itself set. I arrived on time at 5:45 PM, but my order was not ready until 6:08 PM, which is 23 minutes past the promised pickup time.
I was told the delay was due to waiting on fresh sweet plantains. That explanation doesn’t make sense. If the order already had a 40-minute prep window, it’s unreasonable for a single side item to add an extra 23 minutes — especially for two meals and two drinks.
While waiting, my husband noticed three families waiting to be seated, yet the restaurant appeared largely empty. If the issue was short staffing, that points to poor management and inaccurate pickup-time estimates rather than an unavoidable delay.
I don’t decide how long an order should take — the restaurant does. When a business provides a pickup time, customers expect it to be honored. This experience made the location feel poorly managed and unreliable.
Food was also missing from my order. Fries, Mashed Potatoes and Yellow Rice.

This is a great option at the airport, everything was good. The down bad thing was my Caesar salad. A ton of dressing, not that big of a deal though. The coconut shrimp was amazing as well as the shrimp tacos!
