Stopped in on a drive from Callahan to Weaverville. Was greeted by staff. Food was fabulous and the atmosphere was great! We visited in April so not quite summer season. I’m sure it is very busy during the warmer months. If you’re visiting Trinity Center, stop in and enjoy a delicious bite under the trees. If you are not big on eating outside, they do have indoor seating. All in all a great experience!

Hubby and I stopped in for lunch Labor day weekend. We wanted to sit outside as we had our pup with us. Nice shady area with tables. We both had cheeseburgers and fries. The absolute best burger that I have had in a very long time. Flavorful, juicy and cooked just right. Fries nice and crispy. Staff was very helpful and friendly. They are dog friendly too. Offered us a bowl and water for the pup. Highly recommend.

Huge fan of the tri tip sandwich. It eats like a California twist on a Z-Man from Joe’s KC. Wash it down with a Weaver Lite from Trinity County Brewing and you’re set!

Wowsers. The food was amazing. Homemade with fresh ingredients and super delicious. The owners were incredibly nice as well. We will be stopping by again next time we are in the area.

The food here is always good, as a local I eat here pretty often. The chicken sandwich is great. Sometimes you get lucky and they have some great Thai food.

Swung in today as I’m staying about 15 minutes down the way in a cabin. Everything else was closed so I was happy to see they were still open (it was only 6pm). The woman who took my order was incredibly nice as was the chef, Virgil. He suggested I get the Bleu cheese burger and it was probably the best I’ve ever had. I’ll be back, and I’ll hopefully be able to take advantage of their nice outdoor seating area.

Great burgers, the Yellow Jacket Burger is the perfect punctuation after spending time exploring the Trinity Alps.

Obviously different owners from last year. Being the only 2 customers it took 25 minutes to get ice tea after asking twice if we could just take them to our table and the cook kept saying 1 minute. The appetizer for $18.00 was a 6 inch oval flatbread. Two sandwiches took 50 minutes to get while listening to the cook chattering with others as they came in. My $18.00 mushroom philly was 2 – 2 2/2 inch hard baguette and 2 ounces of aujus. My daughters chicken sandwich came on a burnt bun and burnt fries! I’m angry I gave them a $10 tip before hand. I live locally and will never return and will warn others. horrible experience.

We loved the place. Flew in with two small aircraft. Very good service, great fries! Even non alcoholic beer. What a beautiful little town

Food was excellent! Service was very sloooow – but once we found out the cook up and quit – we were way more understanding. It was worth the wait. Lemonade was homemade. Everything was fresh. Loved the shady picnic area to eat.
