Never again, wrong order received and portions are ridiculously small. If I’m paying close to $20 a bowl, the amount should not sit below the rim. So low that the food doesn’t touch half of the inside wall of the bowl.

I stopped going to this location about 2yrs ago but out of convenience I went today (9/26/25) and I was reminded why I stopped going to this location. I walked in at 10:45am. The food looked old. None of the trays were full but almost empty which is weird because if the food was fresh, the trays would not be almost empty. I gave the benefit of doubt. By the time I saw the guacamole, I was floored. At 10:45 AM the guac was brown and looked like yesterday’s gauc. It looked very old. I did not get that. I got sour cream and dressing. When I got home and checked my sour cream there were lumps of other food in the middle. Over all the bowl was not very good. Tasteless and a waste of money.

I usually go to this chipotle after the gym and work around 8-10 at night, and it’s usually an experience… staff is outright rude and look at you like they want you dead when you ask for double meat. Today, I went at 2:00 and saw their Saturday afternoon team, and they’re so much better! Lupita(I’m sorry if I’m misspelling your name) was amazing! She was kind, and gave me good portions that were extremely fresh! The building was 100x cleaner and had a way better atmosphere than what I usually see. If I had to rate late nights it would be a 3/5, but I’m bumping them up for the great work of their Saturday morning team!

I am so sad to be writing this kind of review.
I ordered four bowls for dinner for my kids and me. While we were eating, we found a long strand of hair in one of them and a piece of soaked brown paper in another. Shocked and disgusted, we immediately spat out our food.
I seriously doubt the quality control and hygiene of this place.
We will never come here again. And for the sake of others, we are planning to report this to the County Health Department.
I wouldn’t wish this on anyone again.

I visited this Chipotle for lunch yesterday and felt it could be better. I ordered the Steak Guacamole Burrito, which was decent. The staff’s service was okay; the person who took my order wasn’t clear, but the staff member who took over was good. However, the place wasn’t tidy and clean. I had to wipe the table by myself as some food crumbs were left on it.

20230509 Soooooo slow. The first employee put the rice, bean and meat of my choice in a bowl. It sat on the counter with the food of 2 guys before me while the employee was adding toppings to a multiple order. It took a long time, and by the time I got through the line, I decided to eat in the car and to find my food cold. The food was good but would have been better if it was warm. It would have been nice if the employees have personality. They kind of reminded me of a ribotic assembly line workers. They were welcoming.

Rude service from the female African American lady who gave me literally half a spoonful of steak (like 7 pieces of steak) when I asked for a little more she said it would be extra. This chipotle SKIMPS on portion sizes. Don’t come to this location unless you want rude service and small portions. Workers gave me a dirty look like I was doing something wrong just by asking for a normal spoonful of meat. Absolutely unacceptable, horrible service. If I was a male customer they would have given me a normal portion size. Avoid this location!

Love coming here for lunch because the people that work there have always been so kind and the service is fast. Won’t be going there anymore and hesitant to any chipotle now since there was a bone in my chicken. Glad chewed my food pretty good, although that’s a decent size bone to just be left in there. . .
