I couldn’t speak more highly about our experience at Earls! My husband and I have been coming here every year for our anniversary since 2022. Today we had Omar as our waiter and he was absolutely amazing! He made sure we were taken care of and took the time to talks to us. We also had the pleasure to meet the guest manager Monica. She was a doll and gave us a hand written card congratulating our anniversary, which was the sweetest thing! She also made us complimentary shots that were absolutely delicious! Our hostess as well was amazing. She took the time to talk to us and congratulated us on anniversary. She made sure that our waiter and manager knew we were celebrating something special. She also said that talking to us the highlight of her shift. Earls has a special place in hearts and we can’t wait to come back next year for our anniversary!

The food was absolutely fantastic! The menu has such an impressive variety — sushi, pasta, burgers, tacos, steaks, and plant based options— which made it the perfect spot for our group traveling for a work event. Everyone was able to find something they loved. The location couldn’t have been more convenient — right in the mall connected to our hotel — making it ideal for a quick and easy bite after a long day.
The service was excellent: quick, attentive, and incredibly responsive. Even with a large group and lots of special requests, everything came out perfectly prepared and exactly as ordered.
The food and drinks truly did not disappoint. The sticky ribs with truffle fries, crispy birria tacos, and crispy rice spicy tuna were huge hits as appetizers. The truffle tortellini pasta with steak was rich, creamy, and absolutely delicious.
Will definitely be back to explore more of the menu. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience at Earl’s in Boston tonight. The sushi was fresh and the passion fruit margaritas were excellent. Our waitress, Scotty, was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out perfectly without being overbearing. She checked in at just the right times and had great menu recommendations. Definitely appreciated the great service. Would happily come back.

We had the absolute best time at Earls. Not only was it the welcoming atmosphere, the stellar ambiance, the delicious food and all around good vibes, but it was the fantastic customer service that we experienced at our table.
We were at Earls having a fun girl’s night, after a rough day at work. And this entire experience was so fun, that we completely forgot about work. Our server Jen was phenomenal. She was so professional, friendly, welcoming, courteous, attentive and has a caring nature. She’s fantastic at her job. We truly appreciated her taking the time to come chat with us too.
We also want to highlight- Valeria. She’s a true gem! We also appreciated her time at our table too. She made us laugh and brought us some really great conversation. We wish we could’ve had Jen and Valeria sit and join us at our table and chat all night! They were truly both so sweet. They’re such great humans.
I know their jobs are busy, and they have other tables to attend to. But, I sincerely appreciate both of them taking the time for us.
Also can’t forget their very cool manager, Brendan! He was so nice to come to our table to chat with us too.
Customer service makes all the difference in an experience. And this was top tier. But, the food was great also!
We had some drinks and ordered appetizers to share, that included: yuzu calamari, truffle fries, shrimp and pork dumplings, and charred corn and avocado dip. All so good! Can’t go wrong with any of those choices!

Omar was wonderful! Very attentive, I had a baby with me and he was so kind to bring us a high chair. We are regulars and Jodi and Andrew came by to say hi, they are always so kind and welcoming. Place is very busy but they make time! Always a pleasure to see them.

Always a great experience and taste at this Earls location at Prudential. Met up with our friends for lunch and had a great time. Our server Merima was excellent as well. There was one confusion on the food order but partly my fault also for not asking the right questions. But again she was excellent with great personality and never rushing us with our meals. She even found a bunch of toys on the floor that our friends daughter left behind as they were getting ready to leave. Thanks Merima! We will definitely be back again!

Earls Kitchen was amazing! The food was fantastic, and tasted amazing. The atmosphere once you walk in is super fun and the music was great. Kelsey was our waitress and she was great and super kind, she played a large part in us having great experience. To anyone thinking of going here, I’d recommend it!!

The waiting line was 25 min but we were seated in 15, which is good. Hostess and waitress were both friendly, smiling and nice. I ordered burger, and it was very salty and burnt. Bacon looked black and beef patty was dry and tasteless. Salad was soggy. My friend had shakshuka and she says it was ok, but her bread also looked burnt. Even the atmosphere and service is as great, food not so much. Price for two meals was average, we paid about 60 for two people. No alcohol drinks, just coffee and water.
